HYBRID APPARATUS FOR LIFTING UP THE UPPER STRUCTURE OF BRIDGE AND LIFTING METHOD OF THE UPPER STRUCTURE USING THERREOF
Disclosed are a hybrid apparatus for lifting up an upper structure of a bridge, and a lifting method of an upper structure of a bridge using the same. According to the present invention, the hybrid apparatus for lifting up an upper structure of a bridge comprises: a plurality of lifting units arranged between an upper structure and a lower structure of a bridge to lift up the upper structure in a height direction; and a control unit connected to the lifting units to control the lifting units to lift up the upper structure at the same time. The lifting units comprise: a first support member; a hydraulic jack detachably fixated to the first support member, and coming in contact with a lower surface of the upper structure to lift the upper structure; and at least one mechanical safety jack detachably fixated to the first support member, arranged to be adjacent to the hydraulic jack, and coming in contact with a lower surface of the upper structure to lift the upper structure along with the hydraulic jack.
교량의 상부구조물용 하이브리드 승강장치 및 이를 이용한 교량의 상부구조물 승강방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 교량의 상부구조물용 하이브리드 승강장치는, 교량의 상부구조물과 하부구조물 사이에 배치되어 상부구조물을 높이방향으로 승강시키는 복수의 승강유닛; 및 복수의 승강유닛에 연결되어 복수의 승강유닛이 상부구조물을 동시에 승강시키도록 제어하는 제어유닛을 포함하며, 승강유닛은 제1 지지부재; 제1 지지부재에 착탈가능하게 고정되되 상부구조물의 하면에 밀착되어 상부구조물을 승강시키는 유압잭; 및 제1 지지부재에 착탈가능하게 고정되되 유압잭에 인접하게 배치되고 상부구조물의 하면에 밀착되어 유압잭과 동시에 상부구조물을 승강시키는 적어도 하나의 기계식 안전잭을 포함한다.
