The present invention relates to a white cement gun. According to the purpose of the present invention, since a push ring, a spacer, and a retainer ring are sequentially combined with the front end of a push rod installed on a white cement gun, some white cement leaking from a gap of the push ring is collected into the space formed by the spacer while the retainer ring prevents the cement from leaking to the outside, and thus, the present invention is capable of improving the forward and backward movement of the push rod. To achieve the purpose, the white cement gun comprises: an installation pocket (6) including an installation space (12) removably combined with a cylindrical container (2); a push rod (22) installed horizontally in the installation pocket (6); a main operating part (16) installed at the rear end of the installation pocket (6) to move the push rod (22) forward and backward; a sub operating part (20) installed at the rear end of the main operating part (16) to provide an additional moving force for the forward and backward movement of the push rod (22); and a pressing member (46) combined with the front end of the push rod (22) to press and discharge white cement out of a container (2). The pressing member (46) comprises: a push ring (50) pushing the white cement out of the container (2); and a retainer ring (54) preventing some of the white cement from leaking through the gap between the push ring (50) and the container (2). The pressing member is inserted into the front side of the push rod (22).
본 발명은 백색 시멘트 건에 관한 것으로서, 그 목적으로는 백색시멘트 건에 설치되는 푸시로드 선단부에 푸시링과 스페이서와 리테이너링을 순차적으로 결합하는 구조를 실현하여서, 푸시링의 틈으로 빠져나오는 일부 백색시멘트가 스페이서에 의해 마련된 공간쪽으로 모이면서 리테이너링에 의해 외부로의 유출이 차단되게 함으로써, 푸시로드의 전,후진 작동성을 획기적으로 향상시키고자 하는 데에 있다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 원통형 용기(2)가 분리 가능하게 결합되는 장착공간(12)이 형성된 장착포켓(6)과, 상기 장착포켓(6) 내부에 수평으로 설치되는 푸시로드(22)와, 상기 장착포켓(6) 후미에 설치 되면서 푸시로드(22)를 전,후진시키는 메인작동부(16)와, 상기 메인작동부(16) 후미에 설치되면서 푸시로드(22)가 전,후진할 때 추가 작용력을 제공하는 보조작동부(20)와, 상기 푸시로드(22)의 선단부에 결합되면서 용기(2) 내부에 있는 백색시멘트를 밀어서 배출시키는 가압부재(46),로 된 백색 시멘트 건에 있어서, 상기 가압부재(46)는 용기(2) 내부의 백색시멘트를 밀어내는 푸시링(50)과, 상기 푸시링(50)과 용기(2)의 틈 사이로 빠져 나오는 일부 백색시멘트의 유출을 방지하는 리테이너링(54)으로 구성 되면서 푸시로드(22)의 앞측에 끼여져 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a white cement gun. According to the purpose of the present invention, since a push ring, a spacer, and a retainer ring are sequentially combined with the front end of a push rod installed on a white cement gun, some white cement leaking from a gap of the push ring is collected into the space formed by the spacer while the retainer ring prevents the cement from leaking to the outside, and thus, the present invention is capable of improving the forward and backward movement of the push rod.
