FLOORING MATERIALS
The present invention relates to a flooring material, which comprises the following: a wood core having a form of a wooden plate material; an adhesive layer formed on the upper surface of the wood core by any one of a PUR hot melt method, a PVAC aqueous adhesive method, or an EVA aqueous adhesive method; a glass fiber impregnated layer formed on the adhesive layer for dimensional stabilization; a transfer printing layer formed on the glass fiber impregnated layer so as to develop a pattern; a transparent upper layer formed on the transfer printing layer to protect the transfer printing layer; and a surface coating layer coated on and protecting the transparent upper layer. The flooring material has excellent eco-friendly properties and abrasion resistance.
본 발명은 강마루에 관한 것으로, 목재로 된 판재 형태의 목재코어; 상기 목재코어의 상면에 PUR 핫 멜팅 방식, PVAC 수성접착 방식, EVA 수성접착 방식 중 어느 하나의 방식으로 도포 형성되는 접착층; 치수안정화를 위해 상기 접착층 위에 형성되는 글래스화이버 함침층; 무늬가 현출되도록 상기 글래스화이버 함침층 위에 형성되는 전사인쇄층; 상기 전사인쇄층을 보호하도록 그 위에 형성되는 투명상지층; 상기 투명상지층의 표면에 코팅되어 이를 보호하는 표면코팅층;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강마루를 제공한다.
