FIRE-PROOF DOOR HAVING HEAT EXPANDED BLOCKING INSULATOR
The present invention relates to a fire door capable of certainly preventing heat from being transferred to the outside. According to the present invention, inner and outer steel plates (110, 120) are coupled to a door coupling part of each side surface part by being spaced apart from each other. The door coupling part comprises: an outer coupling part formed on a side surface part of the outer steel plate, and having outer horizontal and vertical parts (114, 116); and an inner coupling part formed on a side surface part of the inner steel plate, and including an inner vertical part (124) disposed in parallel by being spaced apart from the outer vertical part at a predetermined distance and an inner horizontal part (126) disposed in parallel by being spaced apart from the outer horizontal part at a predetermined distance. Moreover, the fire door comprises: a fireproof caulking (130) disposed between the outer and inner vertical parts (114, 124) to couple the outer and inner steel plates, and having insulation performance; a fireproof gasket (140) disposed between the outer and inner vertical parts (114, 124), and disposed on the outside of the fireproof caulking; and a heat shielding insulation material (160) disposed between the outer and inner steel plates (110, 120). The heat shielding insulation material (160) comprises 70 weight percent of fly ash, 10 weight percent of magnesium oxide, 3 weight percent of magnesium phosphate, 1 weight percent of aluminum chloride (powder), 1 weight percent of borax, 10 weight percent of calcium carbonate, and 5 weight percent of potassium carbonate.
