Grouting device for both injection and high-pressured jet
Provided is a device for injecting grout into the ground at low pressure through an injection device detachably mounted at a front end of a boring rod, which includes a high pressure jetting device detachably mounted at the front end of the boring rod. The high pressure jetting device includes a jet converter for jetting boring water from the front end of the high pressure jetting device when the boring rod bores the ground and changing a jet direction of boring water or grout to jet the grout toward the side of the high pressure jetting device after completion of boring. The jet converter includes: a casing having a support part formed on the inner surface thereof and an external jet hole penetrating through the side of the casing; a jet conversion cylinder airtightly inserted into the casing and having a first through hole formed to extend in a longitudinal direction from one end and a second through hole formed to extend in a lateral direction from the side and communicating with the first through hole; a push arm protruding from the other end of the jet conversion cylinder; and a pump for supplying grout into the boring rod through a grout transfer pipe by pumping the grout. The high pressure jetting device has the surface coated by a surface treating means.
본 발명은, 보링 로드 선단에 구비된 착탈 가능한 선단 주입 장치를 통해 그라우트를 지중에 저압 주입하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 보링 로드 선단에 착탈 가능하게 장착되는 고압 분사 장치를 포함하되, 상기 고압 분사 장치는 상기 보링 로드가 지중을 천공 시 천공수가 상기 고압 분사 장치의 선단에서 분사되도록 하고, 천공 완료 후 상기 그라우트가 상기 고압 분사 장치의 측방으로 분사되도록 천공수 또는 그라우트의 분사 방향을 변경하는 분사 변환 장치를 포함하며, 상기 분사 변환 장치는 내부면에 형성된 받침부 및 측면을 관통하는 외부 분사공을 포함하는 케이싱, 상기 케이싱에 기밀하게 삽입되고 일단으로부터 길이 방향으로 연장되어 형성되는 제1 관통홀 및 측면으로부터 측방향으로 연장되어 형성되며 상기 제1 관통홀과 연통되는 제2 관통홀을 포함하는 분사 변환 실린더 및 상기 분사 변환 실린더의 타단으로부터 돌출 형성되는 푸시암과, 상기 그라우트를 펌핑하여 그라우트 이송관을 통해 상기 보링 로드 내부로 공급하는 펌프를 포함하며, 상기 고압 분사 장치는 표면처리 가공수단을 통해 표면처리 가공된 그라우팅 장치를 제공한다.
