WINDOW STRUCTURE WITH INTERAL RAILING
The present invention relates to a window frame structure in which a railing is installed together with a building such as an apartment house, and comprises: a planar blank frame provided on an outer side between an inner window frame and an outer window frame of a double window or between the window frame and an inner side cofferdam protrusion; a guide member provided on the upper surface of the planar blank frame so as to open at an upper portion thereof; one or more railing unit members inserted and fixed in the guide member; a cover member constituting a handrail while integrating the railing units; and a handrail bracket for fixing the railing unit and the cover member to a vertical window frame. The railing unit includes: a lower fixture formed of a rectangular tubular body having a gimlet hole at an upper portion thereof; an upper fixture having the rectangular tubular body provided at a lower portion thereof; and a gimlet fixedly installed on each gimlet hole of the lower and upper fixtures. The handrail bracket has a variable structure which can be moved in the vertical direction so that the cover member can be detached.
본 발명은 공동주택 등의 건축물에 난간이 함께 설치되는 창호구조에 관한 것으로서, 이중창호의 내측창틀과 외측창틀의 사이 또는 단창호의 창틀과 내측물막이턱 사이에 외측으로 경사져 구비되는 평면공틀과, 평면공틀의 상면에 상부가 개방도록 구비되는 가이드부재와, 가이드부재의 내부에 삽입 고정되는 하나 또는 두개 이상의 난간단위체와, 난간단위체들을 일체화시키면서 핸드레일을 구성하는 커버부재와, 난간단위체와 커버부재를 수직창틀에 고정시키는 핸드레일브라켓이 포함되어 이루어지고, 상기 난간단위체는 상부에 간살공이 구비된 사각관체로 구성되는 하부고정대와, 하부에 이 구비된 사각관체로 구성되는 상부고정대 및, 하부고정대와 상부고정대의 각 간살공에 고정 설치되는 간살로 이루어지고, 상기 핸드레일브라켓은 커버부재의 탈착이 가능하도록 상하 방향으로 위치가 이동될 수 있는 가변구조로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
