RAKE CLEANER FOR ADULTERATION FILTERING SCREEN
The present invention provides a rake cleaner for a coarse screen, which is provided on a coarse screen for filtering out contaminants from the sewage flowing along a waterway and comprises: left and right mounts respectively provided on the left and right frames of the coarse screen; a rotation restricting member having left and right ends coupled to the left and right mounts; and a rotary scraper having a coupling end having left and right ends rotatably coupled to the left and right mounts and free ends that are opposite ends to the coupling ends, and provided to perform forward rotation and reverse rotation with respect to the coupling ends. The forward rotation is the rotation carried out by the own weight of the rotary scraper and starts when the backward rotation is stopped and stops when the rotary scraper comes into contact with the rotation restricting member. In addition, the reverse rotation starts when one surface of the rake that changes the traveling direction while turning around the driving sprocket of the coarse screen starts to come into contact with the free end of the rotary scraper which has stopped the forward rotation, and stops when the rake lifts the rotary scraper to the maximum. The contaminants remaining in the rake are pushed by the free ends of the rake during the reverse rotation so as to be removed from the rake.
본 발명은, 수로를 따라 흐르는 하수로부터 협잡물을 걸러내기 위한 조목 스크린에 마련되는 것으로서, 상기 조목 스크린의 좌우측 프레임에 각각 마련된 좌우측 설치대; 상기 좌우측 설치대에 결합된 좌우단을 갖는 회전 제한 부재; 및 상기 좌우측 설치대에 회전 가능하게 결합된 좌우단을 갖는 결합단과 상기 결합단의 반대단인 자유단을 구비하고, 상기 결합단을 중심으로 정회전 및 역회전을 하도록 마련된 회전 스크레퍼;를 포함하는 조목 스크린용 레이크 클리너를 제공한다. 상기 정회전은 상기 회전 스크레퍼의 자중에 의해 이루어지는 회전으로서, 상기 역회전이 정지한 때 시작하여 상기 회전 스크레퍼가 상기 회전 제한 부재와 접촉할 때 정지한다. 그리고 상기 역회전은 상기 조목 스크린의 구동 스프로켓을 감아 돌며 진행 방향을 바꾸는 레이크의 일면이 상기 정회전을 정지한 회전 스크레퍼의 자유단과 접촉한 때 시작하여 상기 레이크가 상기 회전 스크레퍼를 최대로 들어올린 때 정지한다. 상기 레이크에 잔류하는 협잡물은 상기 역회전 시 상기 레이크의 자유단에 의해 밀려 상기 레이크로부터 제거된다.

The present invention provides a rake cleaner for a coarse screen, which is provided on a coarse screen for filtering out contaminants from the sewage flowing along a waterway and comprises: left and right mounts respectively provided on the left and right frames of the coarse screen; a rotation restricting member having left and right ends coupled to the left and right mounts; and a rotary scraper having a coupling end having left and right ends rotatably coupled to the left and right mounts and free ends that are opposite ends to the coupling ends, and provided to perform forward rotation and reverse rotation with respect to the coupling ends.
