Heating system for concrete curing using microwave and construction method of concrete structure using the same
The present invention relates to a uniform heating system for curing concrete using microwaves and a construction method of a concrete structure using the same, and more specifically, to a uniform heating system for curing concrete using microwaves and a construction method of a concrete structure using the same, which can reduce initial hydration time of concrete poured into a mold by heating the mold using a high efficiency uniform heating system generating heat using microwaves when precast concrete, such as bridge foundation (piers or abutments), slabs of buildings like apartments, houses or office buildings, tunnel concrete linings, bridge decks, girders, boxes, beams, culverts, retaining walls, posts, track slabs, concrete sleepers, and so on are manufactured and constructed, thereby remarkably reducing a construction period of a concrete structure in low temperature environments, especially, in the winter time or in intense cold regions, and considerably removing poor construction and improving workability. The uniform heating system for curing concrete using microwaves includes a microwave generating unit, a wave guide, an internal space, an antenna, a heating element, and a temperature controller.
본 발명은 마이크로웨이브를 이용한 콘크리트 양생용 균일 발열 시스템 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 시공 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 교량 기초(교각, 교대), 아파트나 주택, 사무용 빌딩 등과 같은 건물의 슬래브, 터널 콘크리트 라이닝, 및 교량 상판, 거더, 박스, 빔, 암거, 옹벽, 말뚝, 궤도 슬래브, 콘크리트 침목 등과 같은 프리캐스트 콘크리트를 시공 및 제조함에 있어 마이크로웨이브를 이용해 발열되는 고효율의 균일 발열 시스템을 사용하여 거푸집을 가열함으로써 거푸집 내부에 타설된 콘크리트의 초기 수화 시간을 단축시켜 특히 동절기, 혹한 지역 등 외기 온도가 낮은 환경에서의 콘크리트 구조물 시공 기간을 현저히 단축시킬 수 있으며, 시공불량 및 작업성을 획기적으로 개선할 수 있는 마이크로웨이브를 이용한 콘크리트 양생용 균일 발열 시스템 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 시공 방법을 제공한다.
