본 발명은 레일; 상기 레일에 끼워 맞춤되고, 상기 레일에 대하여 가동할 수 있는 슬라이드 블록; 상기 레일 및 슬라이드 블록 사이에 설치되는 복수개의 롤링 부재; 상기 슬라이드 블록의 양단에 각각 설치되고, 상기 레일에 대응되는 장착 홈이 설치되어 있고, 상기 장착 홈은 벽면을 구비하는 두 개의 앤드 캡; 상기 장착 홈에 설치되고, 본체 및 상기 본체의 양측으로부터 각각 연장되는 두 개의 탄성부를 구비하고, 하나의 탄성부는 상기 벽면과 접촉되고, 다른 하나의 탄성부는 상기 레일의 표면과 접촉되는 먼지막이 시트를 포함하고, 상기 탄성부의 탄성이 적절한 경우, 먼지막이 시트와 레일 사이의 접촉 압력을 조정하고, 레일과 접촉된 탄성부가 마모될 경우, 다른 하나의 탄성부에 의해 탄력을 부여하여 상기 마모된 간격을 보충하는 먼지막이 시트를 구비하는 선형 슬라이딩 레일이다.
The present invention relates to a linear sliding rail having a dust prevention sheet, comprising: a rail; a slide block press-fitted in the rail and moving with respect to the rail; a plurality of rolling members installed between the rail and the slide block; two end caps installed at both ends of the slide block and having a mounting groove formed therein to correspond to the rail, wherein the mounting groove includes a wall surface; two elastic parts installed in the mounting groove and extended from a main body and both sides of the main body, respectively, wherein one elastic part comes in contact with the wall surface and the other one elastic part includes a dust prevention sheet coming in contact with the surface of the rail. Accordingly, when the elasticity of the elastic part is proper, a contact pressure between the dust prevention sheet and the rail is adjusted. Moreover, when the elastic part in contact with the rail is abraded, elasticity is provided by the other one elastic part, thereby supplementing an abraded interval.
