PRECAST HOLLOW WALL STRUCTURE MANUFACTURING METHOD USING VERTICAL MOLDING SYSTEM AND CONCRETE WALL STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR CONCRETE WALL RETAINING WALL SOUNDPROOFING WALL FOUNDATION
The present invention relates to a precast hollow wall structure manufacturing method using a vertical mold system, and a concrete wall structure construction method using the same. In the present invention, a precast hollow wall structure having a hollow portion formed therein is vertically erected by using a vertical mold system, and a concrete wall structure such as a retaining wall or a soundproof wall foundation can be constructed by using the wall structure. The manufacturing method comprises: a step (a) of setting a hollow mold vertically to fit a lower portion thereof to a lower horizontal support frame installed on the floor; a step (b) of setting an outer mold on the floor outside the hollow mold; and a step (c) of forming a concrete wall structure (a) by lifting the hollow mold upward and demolding the concrete wall structure when wall concrete is poured into a space between the hollow mold and the outer mold and is cured.
내부에 중공부가 형성된 프리캐스트 중공 벽체구조물을 수직몰드시스템을 이용하여 수직으로 세워서 제작하고, 상기 벽체구조물을 이용하여 옹벽 또는 방음벽기초와 같은 콘크리트 벽체구조물을 시공할 수 있는 수직몰드시스템을 이용한 프리캐스트 중공 벽체구조물 제작방법 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 벽체구조물 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 제작방법은 (a) 바닥에 설치된 하부수평지지틀에 하부가 끼워지도록 중공거푸집을 수직으로 세팅하는 단계; (b) 상기 중공거푸집 외측으로 외부거푸집을 바닥에 세팅하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 중공거푸집과 외부거푸집 사이 공간으로 벽체콘크리트를 타설 및 양생되면 상기 중공거푸집을 상방으로 인양하여 탈형시켜 콘크리트 벽체구조물(a)을 형성시키는 단계;를 포함한다.
