WATER BLASTING METHOD
The present invention relates to a water blasting method for effectively preventing blasting dust generated when a rock is crushed through a water blasting technique using a water blaster which penetrates water between bedrock or the rock. Such present invention comprises: a step (S1) of drilling a blast hole in a blasting zone; a step (S2) of installing explosives inside the blast hole; a step (S3) of installing the water blaster in an upper portion of the blast hole or an upper resistance line section or both of the same; and a step (S4) of blasting the blasting zone and penetrating the water between the rock blasted through the water blaster in association with the blasting zone.
본 발명은 암반 또는 암석 사이로 물을 침투시키는 워터 블래스터를 이용하는 워터 블래스팅 기법을 통해 암반이 패쇄 및 분쇄되면서 발생하는 발파분진을 효과적으로 방지하는 워터 블래스팅 발파 공법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 발파 지역에 발파공을 천공하는 단계(S1), 그리고 상기 발파공 내부에 폭약을 설치하는 단계(S2), 그리고 상기 발파공 상부 또는 상부저항선 구간 또는 둘 모두에 워터 블래스터를 설치하는 단계(S3), 그리고 상기 발파 지역을 발파하고, 이와 연계하여 상기 워터 블래스터를 통해 발파된 암반 사이로 물을 침투시키는 단계(S4)를 포함한다.
