The present invention relates to a safety mosquito net locking apparatus for preventing automatic locking and a gap, additionally mounting a locking release prevention unit on a locking member locking a safety mosquito net to prevent release of the locked safety mosquito net from the outside. Moreover, an operating body is rotated downwards and a pressure bar is engaged with an engagement groove while the safety mosquito net is released from a fixing hook so that the safety mosquito net can be prevented from being automatically locked into the fixing hook. In addition, a gap prevention unit is mounted on a housing so as to prevent a gap between a windowsill and the safety mosquito net as a head of a gap prevention member is engaged with the engagement groove even when an external physical force is applied, thereby preventing detachment of a locking unit from the fixing hook.
본 발명은 안전방충망을 잠금설정하는 로킹부재에 로킹 해제 방지부를 추가로 장착하여 외부로부터 안전방충망의 잠금이 해제되지 않게 하며 안전방충망이 고정후크에서 해제된 상태에서 작동몸체를 하향으로 회전시키면서 가압봉이 걸림홈에 걸림설정되도록 하여 안전방충망이 고정후크에 자동으로 잠기는 현상을 방지하며 하우징에 벌어짐 방지부를 장착하여 외부의 물리적인 힘이 가해지더라도 벌어짐 방지부재의 헤드가 걸림홀에 걸리면서 창틀과 안전방충망이 더 이상 벌어지지 않도록 하여 로킹부가 고정후크로부터 이탈되지 않게 하는 자동 잠김 및 벌어짐을 방지하는 안전방충망 잠금장치에 관한 것이다.
