Anti-pinch safety device installed on hinge of existing door
The present invention relates to an anti-pinch safety device for preventing a hand pinching which can be installed on a door frame to prevent a door from being damaged and prevent injury due to a snatching between door openings of a hinge portion generated when the door is opened and closed. The anti-pinch safety device includes a plurality of clips formed on one side with coupling protrusions and coupled to a hinge portion of a hinge for connecting a door frame and a door to allow the coupling protrusions to be symmetrically positioned, a cover engaging member formed to have a length corresponding to the longitudinal length of the door and the door frame, the cover engaging member being coupled to each of the engaging protrusions of the clip, a first safety element including a cover coupled to the cover engaging member, and a second safety device composed of a folding plate folded and unfolded by a folding portion at the center, where the folding plate has a length corresponding a vertical length direction of the door frame and the door in an inward direction in which the door is closed, one side is fixed to a locking protrusion of the door frame and an opposite side is easily connected to an opposite side of the door.
본 발명은 문틀에서 기존 설치되어 있는 도어를 손상시키지 않고 도어의 개폐시에 발생되는 경첩 부분의 문틈 사이로 손끼임으로 인한 부상을 방지하도록 설치할 수 있는 손끼임 방지 안전장치에 관한 것으로, 문틀과 도어를 연결하는 경첩의 힌지부에 일측에 결합돌부가 형성된 복수의 클립을 결합돌부가 좌우 대칭으로 위치되도록 장착하고, 상기 클립의 결합돌부 각각에 도어 및 문틀의 세로길이와 대응하는 길이로 형성된 커버결합대를 결합하고 상기 커버결합대에 결합되는 커버로 구성된 제1안전요소를 장착하고, 도어가 닫혀지는 내측 방향으로 문틀 및 도어의 세로길이방향과 대응하는 길이로 이루어져 일측이 문틀의 걸림돌부에 고정되고 타측은 도어의 타측면에 원터치로 간단하게 결합된 상태에서 도어의 개폐에 따라서 중앙의 절첩부에 의하여 접혀짐과 펼쳐짐으로 절첩되는 가림판으로 구성된 제2안전장치를 장착토록 한 것이다.
