Bridge load test apparatus that can be used on curved surface of support
The present invention relates to a bridge reloading test apparatus which can conveniently and accurately perform a bridge reloading test in a support part which is a curved surface, and comprises: a first support rod extended vertically; a first plate connected to a first front end of the first support rod and having a plurality of first through holes; a contact plate coupled to an outer side of the first support rod; a second support rod having at least a part inserted into the first support rod through a second front end of the first support rod and having a variable length of a portion inserted into the first support rod; a second plate connected to a front end in a direction opposite to the first support rod direction of the second support rod and having a plurality of second through holes; a displacement system having a detection unit protruding so that one end can contact the contact plate; and a support plate for supporting the displacement system. The second plate comprises: a 2-1 plate which is connected to a front end of the second support rod opposite to the first support rod direction and has a part of the second through holes; a 2-2 plate which is located in a direction far from the second support rod of the 2-1 plate and has a remainder of the second through holes; and a second joint part which connects the 2-1 plate to the 2-2 plate.
본 발명은 굴곡진 면인 지지부에서 간편하면서도 정확하게 교량 재하 시험을 할 수 있는 교량 재하 시험 장치를 위하여, 상하로 연장된 제1지지봉과, 상기 제1지지봉의 제1선단에 연결되며 복수개의 제1관통홀들을 갖는 제1플레이트와, 상기 제1지지봉의 외측에 결합된 접촉플레이트와, 상기 제1지지봉의 제2선단을 통해 상기 제1지지봉 내로 적어도 일부가 삽입되며 상기 제1지지봉 내로 삽입된 부분의 길이가 가변할 수 있는 제2지지봉과, 상기 제2지지봉의 상기 제1지지봉 방향의 반대 방향의 선단에 연결되며 복수개의 제2관통홀들을 갖는 제2플레이트와, 일단이 상기 접촉플레이트에 접촉할 수 있도록 돌출된 검지부를 갖는 변위계와, 상기 변위계를 지지하는 지지플레이트를 구비하고, 상기 제2플레이트는, 상기 제2지지봉의 상기 제1지지봉 방향의 반대 방향의 선단에 연결되며 상기 복수개의 제2관통홀들 중 일부를 갖는 제2-1플레이트와, 상기 제2-1플레이트의 상기 제2지지봉으로부터 먼 방향에 위치하며 상기 복수개의 제2관통홀들 중 나머지를 갖는 제2-2플레이트와, 상기 제2-1플레이트와 상기 제2-2플레이트를 연결하는 제2관절부를 구비하는, 교량 재하 시험 장치를 제공한다.
