Cutting Head
The present invention relates to a cutting head. According to the present invention, the cutting head attached to a main body (10) of an excavator includes: a main body (100) of the cutting head; a drum installation unit (200) formed at an end of the main body (100) of the cutting head; a rotary drum (300) installed on both sides around the drum installation unit (200); and a pick cutter installation unit (400) protruding from the outer surface of the rotary drum. The drum installation unit (200) includes: a connection unit (210) protruding from an end of the main body (100) of the cutting head forward; and a hydraulic motor (220) installed on both sides of the connection unit (210). According to the present invention, the cutting head prevents impact and vibration generated in accordance with cutting work from being transferred to the whole excavator including the cutting head by having a first shock absorbing member (510) and a second shock absorbing member (520). So, the cutting head can improve the durability of each composition and a connection screw.
본 발명에 따르면, 굴착기 본체(10)에 부착되는 커팅헤드에 있어서, 커팅헤드 본체(100); 상기 커팅헤드 본체(100) 단부에 형성된 드럼 장착부(200); 상기 드럼 장착부(200)를 중심으로 양측에 장착되는 회전드럼(300); 및 상기 회전드럼 외면에 돌출 형성된 픽커터 장착부(400);를 포함하되, 상기 드럼 장착부(200)는, 상기 커팅헤드 본체(100) 단부에서 전방을 향해 돌출 형성된 연결부(210); 및 상기 연결부(210) 양측에 장착된 유압모터(220);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커팅헤드가 제공된다. 본 발명에 따른 커팅헤드는 제1 완충부재(510) 및 제2 완충부재(520)로 인해 절삭 작업에 따라 발생되는 충격과 진동이 커팅헤드를 포함한 굴착기 전반으로 전달되는 것을 방지하여 연결나사 및 각 구성의 내구성을 증대시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
