Binder Composition for Repair Mortar with Water Permeability Resistance Dry Mortar Composition Comprising the Binder and Concrete Repair Method Using the Mortar
The present invention relates to an anti-permeable binder composition for mortar for repairing a cross section, a dry mortar composition preferably comprising the same, and a method for repairing a concrete cross section by using the dry mortar composition, wherein the anti-permeable binder composition for mortar has improved resistance to drying shrinkage and water repellency, thereby providing excellent anti-permeability. The anti-permeable binder composition for mortar for repairing a cross section comprises: 40-80 wt% of Portland cement; 5-15 wt% of fast-hardening cement; 3-8 wt% of a water-repelling and shrinkage-reducing admixture; 3-8 wt% of an expanding agent; 5-15 wt% of anhydrous gypsum; and 5-20 wt% of blast furnace slag. The water-repelling and shrinkage-reducing admixture is produced by grinding and mixing a composition including an inorganic filler for dispersion, an anti-aggregation agent, a water repellent, and a shrinkage reducing agent in a grinder, and has specific gravity of 2.20 or less and fineness of 5,500-9,000 cm2/g. According to the present invention, the anti-permeable dry mortar composition for repairing a cross section is composed of 50-200 parts by weight of aggregates based on 100 parts by weight of the anti-permeable dry mortar composition for repairing a cross section. According to the present invention, the method for repairing a concrete cross section comprises the steps of: producing wet mortar by adding 20-50 parts by weight of water based on 100 parts by weight of the binder composition to the anti-permeable dry mortar composition for repairing a cross section; and removing degraded portions from a concrete structure to fill the removed portions with the wet mortar.
본 발명은 발수성과 함께 건조수축 저항성을 개선하여 우수한 내투수성을 발휘하는 내투수성 단면보수 모르타르용 결합재 조성물과, 이를 바람직하게 포함하는 건조 모르타르 조성물, 그리고 그 건조 모르타르를 이용한 콘크리트 단면보수공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 내투수성 단면보수 모르타르용 결합재 조성물은, 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트 40~80중량%; 초속경 시멘트 5~15중량%; 발수형 수축저감 혼화재 3~8중량%; 팽창제 3~8중량%; 무수석고 5~15중량%; 고로슬래그 5~20중량%;를 포함하여 조성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 여기서 발수형 수축저감 혼화재는, 분산용 무기필러, 응집방지제, 발수제, 수축저감제를 포함하는 조성물이 분쇄기에서 분쇄 혼합된 것으로 비중이 2.20 이하이면서 분말도가 5,500~9,000cm2/g인 것임을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 내투수성 단면보수 건조 모르타르 조성물은, 내투수성 단면 보수 모르타르용 결합재 조성물 100중량부에, 골재 50~200중량부를 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 콘크리트 단면보수공법은, 내투수성 단면보수 건조 모르타르 조성물에서 결합재 조성물 100중량부에 대하여 물 20~50중량부를 더 배합하여 습식 모르타르로 만든 후, 콘크리트 구조물에서 열화부분을 제거하고 제거된 부분에 습식 모르타르를 충진하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
