METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FIRE DOOR CORE AND FIRE DOOR CORE MADE BY THIS METHOD
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an interior material for a fire door and an interior material for a fire door manufactured thereby. The purpose of the present invention is to minimize loss of lives during a fire by maximizing non-flammable properties by using a flame retardant property of waste glass and solving a deformation phenomenon at a high temperature, which is a disadvantage of the waste glass, and to reduce costs for environmental pollution prevention induced by coal pumice stone and waste disposal through recycling of coal pumice stone, which is waste. The method for manufacturing an interior material for a fire door comprises: a first step of selecting a material at a ratio of 40 to 50 wt% of pumice stone, 40 to 50 wt% of waste glass, and 8 to 12 wt% of a foaming agent; a second step of mixing the pumice stone, the waste glass and the foaming agent prepared in the first step; a third step of foaming the mixture mixed in the second step at a temperature of 750 to 900°C for one to three hours; and a fourth step of processing the foam foamed in the third step into a form of an interior material for a fire door, wherein the third step controls porosity at an increased temperature of 1 to 3°C/min.
본 발명은 방화문용 내장재 제조 방법 및 이 방법에 의해 제조된 방화문용 내장재에 관한 것으로, 폐유리의 난연 특성을 이용하고 아울러 폐유리의 단점인 고온에서 변형 현상을 해결하여 불연 특성을 극대화함으로써 화재 시 인명피해를 최소화하며, 폐기물인 석탄 경석의 자원화를 통해 석탄 경석으로 인한 환경오염 방지와 폐기처분을 위한 비용을 절감하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 방화문용 내장재 제조 방법은, 경석 40~50중량%, 폐유리 40~50중량%, 발포제 8~12중량%의 비율로 재료를 선정하는 제1단계와; 상기 제1단계에서 준비한 경석과 폐유리 및 발포제를 혼합하는 제2단계와; 상기 제2단계에서 혼합한 혼합물을 750℃ ~ 900℃의 온도로 1시간 ~ 3시간 동안 발포하는 제3단계와; 상기 제3단계를 통해 발포된 발포체를 방화문용 내장재의 형태로 가공하는 제4단계를 포함하며, 상기 제3단계는 1℃ ~ 3℃/min를 승온 속도로 하여 기공율을 제어한다.
