Protecting device for styrofoam panel
Disclosed is a protecting device of a Styrofoam panel for building which is handled and constructed in a state where an outer edge surface of a Styrofoam panel is surrounded by a protective frame in order to prevent breaking or damage to the Styrofoam panel, which can simply adjust a coated thickness of cement or paint during cementing or painting, such as mortar coating, on the front surface or the rear surface of the Styrofoam panel so that even beginners can work easily, which can firmly maintain the constructed state of the Styrofoam panel for a long time by preventing damage to the styrofoam panel by movement of fixing pieces inserted to fix the Styrofoam on a construction surface, and which can maintain a building beautiful after construction. The protecting device of a Styrofoam panel for building includes: a protective frame which is manufactured according to the shape of a Styrofoam panel, and has an empty interior and open upper and lower surfaces such that the Styrofoam panel is inserted thereinto to be combined; and a plurality of fixing piece guide holes horizontally formed in the circumferential surface of the protective frame, wherein fixing pieces for fixing the Styrofoam panel inserted into the protective frame to a construction surface are fit into the fixing piece guide holes.
본 발명에서는 건축용 스티로폼판재의 바깥쪽 테두리면을 별도의 보호틀로 감싼 상태에서 취급 및 시공이 이루어질 수 있도록 함으로써 스티로폼판재의 부스러짐이나 깨짐 등의 손상을 방지할 수 있도록 하고, 스티로폼 판재의 전면이나 후면에 대한 몰탈도포 같은 시멘트작업 또는 페인팅작업시 시멘트나 페인트의 도포두께를 간단하게 조절할 수 있도록 하여 전문가가 아닌 초보자도 용이하게 작업할 수 있도록 하는 한편, 시공면에 스티로폼판재를 고정하기 위하여 삽입되는 고정편의 유동에 의한 스티로폼판재의 손상을 방지함으로써 스티로폼판재의 시공상태가 장기간 견고하게 유지되는 것은 물론, 시공 후 건축물의 미관이 아름답게 유지될 수 있도록 한 새로운 건축용 스티로폼판재의 보호장치가 개시된다. 본 발명은 건축용 스티로폼판재의 형상에 따라 제작되며, 내부가 비어 있고 상부면과 하부면이 개구되어 내측으로 스티로폼판재가 끼워져 결합되는 보호틀과; 상기 보호틀의 둘레면상에서 횡방향으로 형성되며, 보호틀의 내부에 삽입된 스티로폼판재를 시공면에 고정하기 위한 고정편이 끼워지는 다수개의 고정편안내공을 포함하여 구성된다.
