The present invention relates to a prefabricated non-welded road sign, and more specifically, to a prefabricated non-welded road sign formed by a plurality of frame units aligned with each other. The frame unit includes: a base plate of a rectangular plate having predetermined length and width and displaying road information on one side; a first joining part formed at one end of the base plate; and a second joining part formed at the other end of the base plate and joined with the first joining part of the neighboring frame unit. Therefore, when a road sign is installed, the prefabricated non-welded road sign prevents a road sign from being deformed by welding heat, thereby securing generally uniform flatness and facilitating attachment of a high-intensity reflective sheet to enhance visibility of drivers. Moreover, working hours and expenses are reduced due to firm and simple assembly.
본 발명은 도로표지판에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 복수의 프레임 유닛이 상호 나란하게 결합되어 이뤄지는 무용접 조립식 도로표지판에 있어서, 상기 프레임 유닛은 소정 길이 및 폭을 갖는 직사각형의 판 형태로 구성되며 일 면에 도로정보가 표시되는 베이스판; 상기 베이스판의 일단에 구성되는 제 1결합부; 상기 베이스판의 타단에 구성되며, 이웃하는 타 프레임 유닛의 제 1결합부와 결합되는 제 2결합부;를 포함하여 포함함으로써 도로표지판의 설치 시, 용접열에 의해 도로표지판의 변형을 방지할 수 있어 전체적으로 균일한 평탄도를 확보하여 고휘도 반사지의 부착이 용이하고, 그에 따라 운전자에게 제공되는 시인성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 또한 조립방식을 견고하면서도 간결하게 구성하여 작업시간과 비용이 절감되는 장점이 있는 도로표지판에 관한 것이다.
