The present invention relates to a grouting reinforcement method for a tunnel comprising: a perforating step (S10); a step of inserting a steel pipe into a hole (S20); a step of filling a seal material between the steel pipe and the perforation (S30); a step of gelating the filled seal material (S40); a step of filling a main injection material into the perforations with the steel pipe (S50); and a step of curing the filled main injection material (S60).
