Provided is a movable building, which can increase a thermal insulation property in hot weather or in cold weather by a double ceiling of a movable building having a container house using two panels overlapped, can be used as a canopy by sliding any one among the overlapped panels to protrude forwards in rainy weather, and is free to move and install since a deck can be rotated horizontally and vertically. The movable building according to the present invention includes: a house main body formed of a cuboid house body having a floor panel, side panels, and an upper panel, and provided with a window and a door respectively formed on a front face and a lateral face of the cuboid house body; an outer upper panel overlapped with the upper panel at a predetermined interval to adjoin the upper portion of the house body in order to form a double ceiling structure; and a sliding part disposed between the outer upper panel and the upper panel to be utilized as a canopy by sliding the outer upper panel forwardly.
본 발명의 목적은 컨테이너 하우스를 포함한 이동식 건축물의 지붕을 두 개의 판넬이 겹쳐지는 형태인 2중으로 구성하여 혹서기 또는 혹한기에 단열성을 증대시키고, 우천시에는 겹쳐진 판넬 중 어느 하나를 전방으로 돌출되도록 슬라이딩시켜 캐노피로 활용할 수 있게 함과 아울러 데크를 수평 수직으로 회전시킬 수 있게 하여 이동 설치가 자유로운 이동식 건축물을 제공한다. 이러한 본 발명은 바닥판넬과 측면판넬 및 상부판넬로 구성되는 직육면 형상의 함체형으로 이루어지며, 함체의 전면과 측면에는 창문 및 도어가 구비되는 하우스 본체; 상기 하우스 본체의 상부로 인접하도록 상기 상부판넬에 소정 간격을 이루며 겹쳐지는 형태로 설치되어, 2중 구조의 지붕을 형성하는 외측상부판넬; 및 상기 외측상부판넬을 전방으로 슬라이딩시켜 캐노피로 활용할 수 있도록 상기 외측상부판넬과 상기 상부판넬의 사이에 마련되는 슬라이딩부;를 포함한다.
