The present invention provides a method for reinforcing and repairing an outer wall of a building, which allows efficient reinforcement and repair of a building. The method for reinforcing or repairing an outer wall of a building constructed with a prescribed space from a bearing wall (102′) of concrete or masonry includes a step of selecting a damage portion of the outer wall (106′) and a support portion (L1) for the corresponding damage portion. An installation hole is drilled on the bearing wall (102′), and then at least one among a first anchor (214′) and a second anchor (216′) in accordance with claim 4 is inserted into and fixed in the installation hole. A support member (218′) is coupled to the rear end of the first anchor and the second anchor (216′) inserted into and fixed in the installation hole. A surface treatment is performed on the first anchor (214′), the second anchor (216′), and the support member (218′) by a surface treatment means.
본 발명은 콘크리트 또는 조적조의 내력벽(102')과 일정한 공간을 두고 축조되는 건물 외부 벽체의 보강 또는 보수공법에 있어서, 상기 외부 벽체(106')의 손상부위와 해당 손상부위에 대한 지지부(L1)위를 선정하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 내력벽(102')에 설치공을 천공한 후 제4항에 의한 제1앵커(214'), 제2앵커(216') 중 적어도 어느 하나를 삽입고정시키며, 상기 설치공에 삽입고정된 제1앵커(214'), 제2앵커(216')의 후단에 받침부재(218')를 결합시키되, 상기 제1앵커(214'), 상기 제2앵커(216'), 상기 받침부재(218')는 표면처리 가공수단를 통해 표면처리 가공이 수행된 것인 건물 외부 벽체의 보강 보수공법을 제공한다.
