A Triple injection molded water faucet and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to a triple injection-molded water faucet and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the triple injection-molded water faucet comprises a housing and an internal core, which both are T-shaped. A mounting groove is formed near a rear side of the housing to mount a valve core. The housing is made from ABS materials. The internal core is made from a mixture of ABS and GF. In addition, included is a water supply member which is made by an injection molding to be integrated with the internal core and made from PPA materials. The water supply member includes: a cold-water supply passage communicating with a cold-water outlet; a hot water supply passage communicating with the hot water outlet; and a first water discharge passage. The central unit of the water supply member communicates with the mounting groove to form a cylindrical support chamber with a hollow part. The support chamber respectively communicates with the cold-water supply passage and the hot water supply passage. A position on a lower side of the support chamber communicates with a second water discharge passage. The first water discharge passage is engaged with the second water discharge passage by a screw thread. The second water discharge passage is sandwiched within an interval made by the cold-water supply passage and the hot water supply passage to protrude. The second water discharge passage communicates with the water outlet. The present invention is hygienic and environment-friendly. The present invention also provides the manufacturing method for the triple injection-molded water faucet.
본 발명은 삼중 사출성형 수전을 제공하며, 이는 모두 T자형을 띠는 하우징과 내부코어를 포함하여, 상기 하우징 후방측에 인접하게 밸브코어를 장착하기 위한 장착홈이 개설되고, 하우징은 ABS 재료로 제작되며 상기 내부코어는 ABS와 GF의 혼합재료로 제작된다. 또한 상기 내부코어와 일체형으로 사출성형되면서 PPA 재료로 제작되는 통수부재를 더 포함하며, 상기 통수부재는 상기 냉수구에 연통되는 냉수 급수통로, 상기 온수구에 연통되는 온수 급수통로 및 제1 출수통로를 포함하고, 상기 통수부재의 중앙부는 상기 장착홈과 연통되어 중공의 원기둥형 지지챔버를 이루며, 상기 지지챔버는 각각 상기 냉수 급수통로 및 온수 급수통로와 연통되고, 상기 지지챔버의 하방 위치에 제2 출수통로가 연통되며, 상기 제1 출수통로는 상기 제2 출수통로와 나사산 결합되고, 상기 제2 출수통로는 상기 냉수 급수통로와 상기 온수 급수통로로 형성된 간격 내에 협지되어 돌출되며, 상기 제2 출수통로는 상기 출수구와 연통된다. 본 발명은 위생적이고 친환경적인 장점을 지닌다. 본 발명은 또한 삼중 사출성형 수전의 제작방법을 더 제공한다.
A Triple injection molded water faucet and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to a triple injection-molded water faucet and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the triple injection-molded water faucet comprises a housing and an internal core, which both are T-shaped. A mounting groove is formed near a rear side of the housing to mount a valve core. The housing is made from ABS materials. The internal core is made from a mixture of ABS and GF. In addition, included is a water supply member which is made by an injection molding to be integrated with the internal core and made from PPA materials. The water supply member includes: a cold-water supply passage communicating with a cold-water outlet; a hot water supply passage communicating with the hot water outlet; and a first water discharge passage. The central unit of the water supply member communicates with the mounting groove to form a cylindrical support chamber with a hollow part. The support chamber respectively communicates with the cold-water supply passage and the hot water supply passage. A position on a lower side of the support chamber communicates with a second water discharge passage. The first water discharge passage is engaged with the second water discharge passage by a screw thread. The second water discharge passage is sandwiched within an interval made by the cold-water supply passage and the hot water supply passage to protrude. The second water discharge passage communicates with the water outlet. The present invention is hygienic and environment-friendly. The present invention also provides the manufacturing method for the triple injection-molded water faucet.
