The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an artificial basalt sculpture, comprising the steps of: (a) spraying a silicon solution on the outside of natural basalt to be simulated, covering the outside and curing the solution to prepare a preform; (b) demolding the preform from the natural basalt and pressing the same into gypsum or epoxy resin concrete to form an auxiliary form; (c) casting a flask by pouring molten metal into the auxiliary form; (d) preparing a composition for manufacturing artificial basalt; and (e) injecting and curing the artificial basalt composition after coating the form with a release agent.
본 발명은 (a) 모사 대상 천연 현무암 외부에 실리콘용액을 스프레이 하여 외부를 덮은 후 경화시켜 예비형틀을 제조하는 단계; (b) 상기 예비형틀을 천연 현무암에서 탈형하고, 석고 또는 에폭시수지콘크리트에 압입하여 보조형틀을 제조하는 단계; (c) 상기 보조형틀에 용융금속을 부어서 주형틀을 주조하는 단계; (d) 인조 현무암 제조용 조성물을 준비하는 단계; 및 (e) 상기 주형틀에 이형제를 피복한 이후에 인조 현무암 제조용 조성물을 주입하고 양생하는 단계;를 포함하는 인조 현무암 조형물 제조방법을 포함하는 인조 현무암 조형물 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
