The present invention relates to a soundproof construction material for a side wall of an apartment house, having improved noise blocking effect and insulation effect and used in remodeling. The soundproof construction material for a side wall of an apartment house comprises: multiple anchor bolts inserted into multiple openings bored on a side wall and installed by being separated at constant intervals; a lower plate body made of a soft synthetic resin material in a plate shape and having multiple lower plate flow paths on the lower surface, wherein the anchor bolts are fixed by penetrating the multiple openings installed in a body; a wire rope connecting the anchor bolts protruding from the upper part of the lower plate body to each other; a plate-shaped buffer member installed between the side wall and the lower plate body and formed in a size corresponding to the lower plate body, wherein the buffer member includes multiple openings corresponding to the anchor bolt so that the anchor bolt can be inserted into the opening and has elasticity; multiple fixing nuts fixed to the inner side of the anchor bolt and fixing the anchor bolt protruding from the upper surface of the lower plate body; an upper plate body comprising a pair of vertical connection units and integrally formed as the softer synthetic resin than that of the lower plate body is extruded and molded; and an insulator made of an epoxy resin injected into a space between the upper plate body and the lower plate body through a resin injection port. The upper plate body comprises: an upper plate installed on the upper surface of the anchor bolt by being formed in a plate shape; and one or more resin injection ports which are fixed to the upper surface of the lower plate by being extended from both ends of the upper plate to the lower side.
본 발명은 리모델링시 사용되고 소음차단 및 단열효과가 향상된 공동주택의 측벽용 방음시공재로, 상기 측벽 상에서 천공된 다수의 개구에 삽입 구비되고, 동일한 간격으로 이격되어 구비되는 복수개의 앵커볼트; 상기 앵커볼트가 몸체에 구비된 다수의 개구에 관통 고정되고, 연질의 합성수지재료를 이용하여 판상으로 형성하되 하면에 다수의 하판유로가 형성되는 하판체; 상기 하판체의 상부에 돌출되는 앵커볼트를 서로 연결하는 와이어로프; 상기 측벽과 상기 하판체 사이에 개재되고, 상기 하판체에 대응하는 크기로 형성되어 상기 앵커볼트가 삽입되도록 상기 앵커볼트에 대응되는 다수개의 개구를 구비하며 탄성을 갖는 판상형의 버퍼부재; 상기 하판체의 상면에서 돌출되는 앵커볼트를 고정시키되 상기 앵커볼트의 내측에 고정되는 복수개의 고정너트; 판상으로 형성되어 상기 앵커볼트의 상면에 안착되는 상판, 상기 상판의 양측 단부에서 하방으로 연장되어 상기 하판의 상면에 고정되고 하나 이상의 수지주입구를 구비하며 한쌍의 수직 연결부로 이루어지고, 상기 하판체보다 경질의 합성수지를 압출 성형하여 일체로 형성되는 상판체; 및 상기 상판체와 하판체 사이에 공간으로 상기 수지주입구를 통하여 주입되는 에폭시 수지로 이루어지는 단열재;로 이루어지는 공동주택의 측벽용 방음시공재에 관한 것이다.
