PHC PHCPretensioned spun High strength Concrete Pile Reinforcing Apparatus of Pack-mounted Type
The present invention relates to a pack-mounted reinforcing device for a PHC pile, capable of minimizing residual air by discharging the air in a grout pack and a hole as much as possible when grout is injected into the grout pack and efficiently injecting the grout again after injecting first grout. According to the present invention, the pack-mounted reinforcing device for a PHC pile includes: a rod-shaped PHC pile inserted into the hole bored on the ground; an upper holder member installed at an upper end of the hole by being connected to an upper end of the PHC pile, wherein an air discharge hole and a reinjection hole are formed to be vertically penetrated; a lower holder member connected to a lower end of the PHC pile and arranged to be adjacent to a bottom surface of the hole; the grout pack formed of a flexible material capable of expansion and contraction, wherein an upper end of the grout pack is fixed to the outer surface of the upper holder member and a lower end encloses the outer side of the PHC pile while being fixed to the outer surface of the lower holder member; a grout injection pipe extended to the lower side by passing through the upper holder member and injecting the grout into the grout pack; an air discharge unit installed in the air discharge hole of the upper holder member and discharging the air of the inside of the hole to the outside when the grout is injected into the hole; and a reinjection closure installed to be detached in the reinjection hole of the upper holder member, wherein the reinjection closure opens the reinjection hole when the grout is injected again through the reinjection hole and closes the reinjection hole when the grout is injected through the grout injection hole.
본 발명은 그라우트팩 내측으로 그라우트를 주입시 홀과 그라우트팩 내측의 공기를 최대한 배출할 수 있도록 하여 공기의 잔류에 의한 무보강 구간을 최소화함과 더불어, 1차 그라우트의 주입한 후 효율적으로 그라우트의 재주입을 수행할 수 있는 팩 장착형 PHC 파일 보강장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 팩 장착형 PHC 파일 보강장치는, 지반에 천공된 홀 내측으로 삽입되는 봉 형태의 PHC 파일; 상기 PHC 파일의 상단에 결합되어 홀의 상단 입구에 배치되며, 공기배출공과 재주입공이 상하로 관통되게 형성되어 있는 상부 홀더부재; 상기 PHC 파일의 하단에 결합되어 홀의 바닥면에 근접하게 배치되는 하부 홀더부재; 팽창 및 수축이 가능한 유연한 소재로 되어, 상단이 상기 상부 홀더부재의 외면에 고정되고, 하단이 상기 하부 홀더부재의 외면에 고정되면서 PHC 파일의 외측을 둘러싸는 그라우트팩; 상기 상부 홀더부재를 관통하여 하측으로 연장되게 설치되어 그라우트팩 내측으로 그라우트를 주입하는 그라우트 주입관; 상기 상부 홀더부재의 공기배출공에 설치되어 홀 내측에 그라우트를 주입할 때 홀 내측의 공기를 외부로 배출하는 공기배출유닛; 및, 상기 상부 홀더부재의 재주입공에 착탈 가능하게 설치되어, 상기 그라우트 주입관을 통한 그라우트의 주입시에는 재주입공을 폐쇄하고 재주입공을 통한 그라우트의 재주입시에는 재주입공을 개방하는 재주입마개;를 포함한다.
