FRP Pillar made of fiber reinforced plastic installed outdoors and method for manufacturing the same
Disclosed is a high strength fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) utility pole and a method for manufacturing the same. The disclosed high strength fiber reinforced plastic utility pole is provided with a structural layer comprising: a reinforcing yarn made of reinforced fiber, and densely wound so as to form a pipe shape; a stiff reinforced yarn made of a material which is thinner than the reinforced yarn and has greater tensile intensity than the reinforced yarn, and is densely wound so as to be arranged between the wound reinforced yarn; and a resin impregnated in the reinforced yarn and the stiff reinforced yarn to be hardened.
고강도 FRP 전신주 및 이의 제조 방법이 개시된다. 개시된 고강도 FRP 전신주는, 파이프(pipe) 형상을 이루도록 조밀하게 권선된, 보강 섬유 소재의 보강사(補强絲), 권선된 보강사 사이에 배치되도록 조밀하게 권선되고, 보강사보다 얇고 보강사보다 인장 강도가 큰 소재로 된 강성 강화사, 및 보강사 및 강성 강화사에 함침(含浸)되어 경화된 레진을 구비한 구성층(structural layer)을 구비한다.
