HYDRAULIC DRIVE SYSTEM USED IN CONSTRUCTION MACHINE AND PROVIDED WITH EXHAUST GAS PURIFICATION DEVICE
로드 센싱 제어를 행하는 유압 구동 시스템에 있어서, 펌프 출력 상승 제어에 의해 배기 가스 정화 장치 내의 필터 퇴적물을 효율적으로 연소 제거할 수 있도록 하고, 또한 펌프 출력 상승 제어 중에 작동기를 동작시킨 경우에도, 펌프 출력 상승 제어에 문제를 발생하는 일이 없도록 한다. 재생의 개시가 지시되어 있지 않을 때는, LS 제어 밸브(17b)의 수압부(17d)와 언로드 밸브(15)의 수압부(15d)에 엔진 회전수 검출 밸브(13)의 출력압을 유도하는 한편, 재생의 개시가 지시되었을 때는, 그들 수압부(17d), 수압부(15d)에 파일럿 펌프(30)의 토출압을 유도하도록 전자기 전환 밸브(70)에 의해 전환하여, 로드 센싱 제어를 무효로 하여 메인 펌프(2)의 용량이 증가시키고, 또한 언로드 밸브(15)의 설정압을 증가시킨다.
A construction machine hydraulic drive system that performs load sensing control is arranged to be capable of efficiently burning and removing deposits on a filter in an exhaust gas purifying device through pump output increasing control and to be free from faults in the pump output increasing control even when an actuator is operated during the pump output increasing control. A solenoid switching valve (70) is switched so that output pressure of an engine speed detecting valve (13) is guided to a pressure receiving portion (17d) of an LS control valve (17b) and a pressure receiving portion (15d) of an unloading valve (15) when a start of regeneration is not directed, and delivery pressure of a pilot pump (30) is guided to the pressure receiving portion (17d) and the pressure receiving portion (15d) when the start of the regeneration is directed, to thereby disable load sensing control to increase capacity of a main pump (2) and increase set pressure of the unloading valve (15).
