Low Noise And Porous Modified Asphalt Binder Composition Having Improved Anti-Icing And Durability
The present invention relates to an asphalt mixture inducing low noise and having drainage properties, comprising: 85 to 92 wt% of aggregates having a weight ratio of a thick aggregate to a fine aggregate of 40-95:5-60; 3 to 6 wt% of a modifying asphalt binder inducing low noise and having drainage properties; and 5 to 6.5 wt% of an asphalt binder (PG82-22), wherein modifying asphalt binder inducing low noise and having drainage properties comprises, based on 100 wt% of a total weight of the binder, 15 to 95 wt% of calcium chloride or sodium chloride, 1 to 20 wt% of sodium sulfate, 1 to 20 wt% of calcium oxide, 1 to 15 wt% of sodium silicate, 1 to 15 wt% of butadiene rubber, 0.4 to 10 wt% of a fiber reinforcing agent, 0.3 to 10 wt% of an epoxy acrylate, and 0.3 to 10 wt% of 3-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane. The asphalt mixture inducing low noise and having drainage properties according to the present invention has plastic deformation resistance and low temperature cracking, which are remarkably improved through excellent improvement of holding power and caking power, and thus it is possible to manufacture asphalt concrete inducing low noise and having drainage properties with excellent durability by preventing damage to a pavement surface due to plastic deformation and low temperature cracking, which general asphalt pavement has, thereby improving durability of pavement in terms of economy. Therefore, the present invention has direct and indirect economic effects such as reduction of maintenance costs, reduction of human and physical loss due to congestion and waiting generated during maintenance of road, and the like.
본 발명은 굵은 골재와 잔골재의 중량비가 40∼95 대 5∼60인 골재 85∼92 중량%, 저소음 배수성 개질 아스팔트 결합재 3∼6 중량%, 및 아스팔트 바인더(PG82-22) 5∼6.5 중량%를 포함하는 저소음 배수성 아스팔트 혼합물에 관한 것으로, 상기 저소음 배수성 개질 아스팔트 결합재는 결합재 총 100 중량% 기준으로 염화칼슘 또는 염화나트륨 15∼95 중량%, 황산나트륨 1∼20 중량%, 산화칼슘 1∼20 중량%, 규산나트륨 1∼15 중량%, 부타디엔고무 1∼15 중량%, 섬유보강재 0.4∼10 중량%, 에폭시아크릴레이트 0.3∼10 중량%, 및 3-메타크릴옥시프로필트리메톡시실란 0.3∼10 중량%를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 저소음 배수성 아스팔트 혼합물은 탁월한 파악력 및 점결력 개선을 통하여 소성방지 저항성 및 저온 균열성이 현저히 개선되었으며, 따라서 일반 아스팔트 포장이 가지는 소성변형, 저온균열성에 의한 포장면의 파손을 방지하여 내구성이 우수한 저소음 배수성 아스팔트콘크리트를 제조할 수 있어 경제적인 면에서도 포장의 내구성이 향상되어 유지보수 비용의 절감 및 도로유지 보수 시 발생하는 정체, 대기로 인한 인적 물적 손실 감소 등 직간접적인 경제적 효과가 있다.
