Disclosed is a marine animal/plant block of an eco-friendly red clay material for providing living and spawning places for octopus, sea cucumber, and abalone. The marine animal/plant block of an eco-friendly red clay material for providing living and spawning places for octopus, sea cucumber, and abalone has a rectangular ring shape with a rectangular cavity formed in the center of a block body, comprising: a first shellfish living space of a rectangular ring shape formed on an upper surface of the block body of a rectangular ring shape in a width smaller than the width of the rectangular ring shape of the block body; a second shellfish living space positioned on four corners of the block body, and formed to penetrate two neighboring sides of the block body; and a red clay passage pipe which penetrates the center of each side of the block body to communicate with the cavity, is made of a red clay material, and provides living and spawning places for octopus, sea cucumber, and abalone.
