Method and Apparatus for Re-Prestressing of Ground Anchor
The present invention relates to an apparatus to re-prestress a ground anchor, which bites a tendon with a short length protruding from the ground, pulls the tendon by a required degree with respect to a ground anchor previously anchored in the ground, and anchores the tendon again to introduce an additional tendon to the ground anchor, and a ground anchor re-prestressing construction method using the same. In particular, the apparatus to re-prestress a ground anchor comprises: a prestress guide plate (5) disposed on an anchoring device (3); a prestressing body (7) put on the prestressing body; a coupler (9) assembled and coupled to the prestressing body (7); a prestressing support plate (10) to transfer repulsive force to the prestress guide plate (5) in re-prestressing; an extensible jack (12); and a tension bar (11) including a coupling fixing member (13). As the tension bar (11), the prestressing body (7), the coupler (9), and the prestress support plate (10) are ascended by extension of the extensible jack (12), additional prestressing stress is introduced to a tendon (1). When the tendon (1) is cut at the lower side of the prestressing body (7), an anchoring wedge (30) is anchored in the anchoring device (3) while biting the tendon (1), and thus a re-prestressing state of the tendon (1) is maintained.
본 발명은 지반에 이미 정착이 완료되어 있는 그라운드앵커에 대해 지면에 돌출되어 있는 짧은 길이의 긴장재를 물어서 필요한 정도로 당긴 후 다시 정착시킴으로써 그라운드앵커에 추가적인 긴장재를 더 도입할 수 있도록 하는 "그라운드앵커의 재긴장 장치 및 이를 이용한 그라운드앵커의 재긴장 시공방법"에 관한 것이다. 특히, 본 발명은 정착구(3) 위에 위치하는 긴장가이드판(5); 긴장가이드판(5) 위에 놓이는 긴장본체(7); 긴장본체(7)와 조립결합되는 커플러(9); 재긴장시의 반력을 긴장가이드판(5)에 전달하는 긴장지지대(10); 신축잭(12); 결합고정재(13)가 구비된 텐션바(11)를 포함하며, 신축잭(12)의 신장에 의해 텐션바(11), 긴장본체(7), 커플러(9) 및 긴장지지대(10)도 상승하여 긴장재(1)가 신장됨으로써, 긴장재(1)에 추가적인 긴장응력이 도입되고, 긴장본체(7)의 아래쪽에서 긴장재(1)를 절단하면 정착웨지(30)가 다시 긴장재(1)를 물은 채 정착구(3)에 정착됨으로써, 긴장재(1)의 재긴장 상태가 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 그라운드앵커의 재긴장 장치와, 이를 이용하여 그라운드앵커를 재긴장시키는 재긴장 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
