Disclosed are a clean room air conditioning system and a system ceiling for a clean room. The disclosed clean room air conditioning system comprises: a system ceiling disposed on a ceiling portion of the clean room to divide an inner portion and an upper portion of the clean room, and supplying air to the inner portion of the clean room through selectively disposed air conditioning equipment; and a vertical air duct disposed in the vicinity of the clean room and transferring the air discharged from a lower portion of the clean room to an upper portion of the system ceiling. Moreover, a direction of the air discharged from the vertical air duct can be switched at an angle of 90 degrees or more when the air is introduced to the upper portion of the system ceiling.
클린룸 공조 시스템 및 클린룸용 시스템 실링이 개시된다. 개시된 클린룸 공조 시스템은 클린룸의 천장부에 배치되어 클린룸의 내부와 상부를 구획하고 선택 배치된 공조 설비 등을 통해 상기 클린룸 내부로 공기를 공급하도록 구성된 시스템 실링 및 상기 클린룸의 주변부에 배치되어 상기 클림룸의 하부에서 배출된 공기를 상기 시스템 실링 상부로 이송하도록 구성된 수직풍도를 포함하고, 상기 수직풍도에서 배출된 공기가 상기 시스템 실링 상부로 유입될 때 90°이상의 각도로 방향 전환 되도록 구성된다.
