Waterproof Expansion Joint for Bridges
The present invention relates to a waterproof expansion joint for a bridge, which can be detachably installed on the upper part of a bridge for the sake of easy maintenance, and in which the deformation of a cover plate can be prevented and the leakage of rainwater can be effectively prevented. According to the present invention in order to solve the problems, a waterproof expansion joint for bridge comprises: one pair of fixing beams detachably installed by anchor bolts along the length of the upper portions of one pair of upper plate parts; one pair of installation plates formed such that each one end is fixed to each of the one pair of fixing beams and each the other end extends downward by a predetermined length in the separation space between the one pair of upper plate parts; cover plates formed such that each one end thereof is fixed to each of the one pair of installation plates and the other ends are overlapped with each other by stretching operation; a first water trap installed to connect the one pair of installation plates so as to guide the water introduced through the cover plate such that the water is discharged along a drain pipe; and a second water trap installed below the first water trap at a predetermined interval so as to guide the water overflowing from the first water trap and falling down such that the water is discharged along the drain pipe.
본 발명은 교량의 상판부에 탈착 가능하게 설치되어 유지 보수가 용이하고, 덮개판의 변형을 방지할 수 있으며 빗물의 누수를 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 교량용 방수 신축이음장치에 관한 것이다.상기의 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 교량용 방수 신축이음장치는, 한 쌍의 상판부의 상부 길이를 따라 앵커볼트에 의해 탈착 가능하게 설치되는 한 쌍의 고정빔; 일단이 상기 한 쌍의 고정빔에 각각 고정되면서 타단이 상기 한 쌍의 상판부 사이의 이격된 공간으로 소정 길이 하향되도록 형성되는 한 쌍의 설치판; 일단이 상기 한 쌍의 설치판에 각각 고정되면서 타단이 신축 동작에 의해 서로 소정 폭 중첩되도록 형성되는 덮개판; 상기 한 쌍의 설치판 사이를 연결하도록 설치되어 상기 덮개판을 통해 유입되는 물이 배수관을 따라 배출되도록 안내하는 제1 물받이; 및 상기 제1 물받이의 하부에 소정 간격 이격되어 설치되면서 상기 제1 물받이에서 월류하여 아래로 떨어지는 물이 배수관을 따라 배출되도록 안내하는 제2 물받이를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
