Synthetic fiber shotcrete composition with high strength spiral fiber composite
The present invention relates to a synthetic fiber shotcrete composition mixed with a fiber composite having a high strength Helix structure, which has not only excellent flexural strength and flexural toughness but also excellent dispersibility by mixing a fiber composite having a high strength Helix structure at a mixing ratio when mixing shotcrete, so as to be dispersed even in low slump, and which reduces a rebound rate during dispersion to enable composition of a structure such as a tunnel and the like having excellent durability due to uniformity of fiber distribution. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the synthetic fiber shotcrete composition comprises, with respect to 100 parts by weight of a cement binder: 150 to 300 parts by weight of fine aggregate; 150 to 250 parts by weight of crude aggregate, 30 to 60 parts by weight of water, 0.8 to 1.5 parts by weight of a high performance reducing agent; 1.5 to 3.5 parts by weight of a fiber composite having a high strength Helix structure; and 4 to 15 parts by weight of an accelerating agent, wherein the fiber composite uses one or more filaments selected from polyester or polyamide and has a Helix structure by twisting yarns of the selected type with two to three strands such that the twist number becomes 200 to 500, and an outer portion is coated with a coating material having a hydrophilic group which has the length of 30 to 60 mm, the diameter of 0.2 to 2 mm, the tensile strength of 450 to 900 Mpa, the tensile elongation of 10 to 20%, the specific gravity of 1.0 to 1.5, and the elasticity of 3 to 10 GPa. In addition, the accelerating agent is a liquid sodium aluminate (NaAlO_2)-based liquid accelerating agent or an alkali free-based liquid accelerating agent using aluminum hydroxide (Al(OH)_3) as a main component and is used for a hard rock material which does not require installation of a steel material support.
본 발명은 숏크리트를 배합함에 있어 고강력 Helix 구조를 가진 섬유복합체를 적정 배합비로 배합하여 휨강도, 휨인성이 우수한 것은 물론 분산성이 우수하여 낮은 슬럼프에서도 분사가 가능하며, 분사시 리바운드율이 저하되어 섬유 분포의 균일성으로 인해 내구성이 우수한 터널 등 구조물의 조성이 가능한 고강력 Helix 구조의 섬유 복합체가 혼합된 합성섬유 숏크리트 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 일실시예는 시멘트 결합제 100 중량부에 대하여, 세골제 150 ~ 300 중량부, 조골재 150 ~ 250중량부, 물 30 ~ 60 중량부, 고성능 감수제 0.8 ~ 1.5 중량부, 고강력 Helix 구조의 섬유 복합체 1.5 ~ 3.5 중량부, 급결제4 ~ 15 중량부를 포함하며, 섬유 복합체는 폴리에스테르 또는 폴리아미드에서 선택된 1종 이상의 필라멘트가 사용되며, 필라멘트는 선택된 종의 원사를 2 ~ 3가닥으로 연수가 200 내지 500이 되도록 연사하여 Helix 구조를 갖고, 외부에 친수성기를 갖는 코팅물로 코팅되어 있으며, 길이 30mm ~ 60mm, 직경 0.2mm~2mm, 인장강도 450 ~ 900Mpa, 인장신도 10% 내지 20%, 비중 1.0 내지 1.5, 탄성 3GPa 내지 10GPa이고, 급결제는 액상형의 알루민산소다(NaAlO)계 액상급결제 또는 수산화알루미늄(Al(OH))을 주성분으로 하는 알칼리프리계 액상급결제이고, 강재지보를 설치하지 않는 경암 재질에 사용되는 것을 특징을 한다.
