The present invention provides an inking line bottle having a gear type fixing body. After a lower end of the inking line bottle is inserted into a mold to fix the inking line bottle to the mold, a fixture of the fixing body is rotated around a hinge by being geared by a motion of dropping an operation shaft downward in the vertical longitudinal direction of the inking line bottle. So, the fixture of the fixing body is hung on the mold by being spread toward the mold, and a body of the inking line bottle is fixed. Therefore, the inking line bottle having the gear type fixing body can remarkably improve workability and convenience and can reduce work time for work of fixing the body of the inking line bottle. Also, the inking line bottle facilitates dismantling work after concrete is placed. After the fixture of the fixing body is hung on the mold by being spread to the mold, the operation shaft is secondarily fixed by a fixing pin. So, the body of the inking line bottle fixed to the mold is prevented from moving during a concrete placing step. Moreover, the inking line bottle having the gear type fixing body can reduce production costs by having a simple composition.
본 발명은 거푸집에 먹줄 병 몸체를 고정할 때 먹줄 병 몸체 하단을 거푸집에 끼워준 후 가동축을 먹줄 병의 수직 길이방향을 따라 하강시키는 동작에 의해 고정체의 고정구가 기어치합에 의해 힌지회전되어 거푸집측으로 펼쳐지면서 걸어져 먹줄 병 몸체가 고정되기 때문에 먹줄 병 몸체의 고정작업에 따른 작업시간의 단축을 물론 작업성 및 편의성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 콘크리트 타설 후 해체작업이 용이하며 고정체의 고정구가 거푸집측으로 펼쳐져 걸어진 후 고정핀에 의해 가동축이 2차 고정되기 때문에 거푸집에 고정된 먹줄 병 몸체가 콘크리트 타설 과정에서 유동되는 것이 방지될 수 있으며 간단한 구성에 의한 생산단가의 절감을 얻을 수 있는 기어형 고정체를 갖는 먹줄 병이 개시된다.
