Sheathing Assembly for Civil Engineering Work
The present invention relates to a sheathing assembly for civil engineering work that is capable of having H beams supported to allow installation angles thereof to be not easily changed and to prevent sheathing walls from being easily separated even if the installation angels thereof are somewhat changed. According to the present invention, the sheathing assembly for civil engineering work includes: a plurality of front row H beams spaced apart from each other at given intervals; a plurality of rear row H beams spaced apart backward from the front row H beams by a given distance and located at positions crossing the front row H beams; a plurality of front and rear row reinforcement beams disposed on the plurality of front and rear row H beams and having locking grooves formed in an up and down direction; a plurality of front row sheathing walls whose both ends are fitted to the locking grooves of the pair of front row reinforcement beams adjacent to each other, the plurality of front row sheathing walls being laminated by a given width on each other; a plurality of connection plates whose both ends are fitted to the locking grooves to allow the front row reinforcement beams to be connected to the rear row reinforcement beams, the plurality of connection plates being laminated by a given width on each other; and a plurality of rear row sheathing walls whose both ends are fitted to the locking grooves of the pair of rear row reinforcement beams adjacent to each other, the plurality of rear row sheathing walls being laminated by a given width on each other.
본 발명은 H빔의 설치 각도가 쉽게 변하지 않도록 지지될 수 있으면서도 H빔의 설치각도가 다소 변경되더라도 흙막이가 쉽게 분리되지 않도록 상호 강건하게 연결된 구조를 가지는 토목 공사용 흙막이 조립체에 관한 것이다. 상기의 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 토목 공사용 흙막이 조립체는, 소정 간격을 두고 설치되는 복수 개가 전열 H빔; 상기 전열 H빔의 후방 쪽으로 소정 간격 이격되면서 상기 전열 H빔과 엇갈린 위치에 위치되어 소정 간격을 두고 설치되는 복수 개의 후열 H빔; 상기 복수 개의 전, 후열 H빔에 설치되면서 상하 길이를 따라 걸림홈이 형성되는 복수 개의 전, 후열 보강빔; 인접하여 위치되는 한 쌍의 상기 전열 보강빔의 상기 걸림홈에 양단이 각각 끼움 조립되면서 상하로 복수 개가 소정 폭 중첩되도록 조립되어 설치되는 복수 개의 전열 흙막이; 상기 전열 보강빔과 상기 후열 보강빔이 연결되도록 상기 걸림홈에 양단이 각각 끼움 조립되면서 상하로 복수 개가 소정 폭 중첩되도록 설치되는 복수 개의 연결플레이트; 및 인접하여 위치되는 한 쌍의 상기 후열 보강빔의 상기 걸림홈에 양단이 각각 끼움 조립되면서 상하로 복수 개가 소정 폭 중첩되도록 조립되어 설치되는 복수 개의 후열 흙막이를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 H빔의 설치 각도가 쉽게 변하지 않도록 지지될 수 있으면서도 H빔의 설치각도가 다소 변경되더라도 흙막이가 쉽게 분리되지 않도록 상호 강건하게 연결된 구조를 가지는 토목 공사용 흙막이 조립체에 관한 것이다. 상기의 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 토목 공사용 흙막이 조립체는, 소정 간격을 두고 설치되는 복수 개가 전열 H빔; 상기 전열 H빔의 후방 쪽으로 소정 간격 이격되면서 상기 전열 H빔과 엇갈린 위치에 위치되어 소정 간격을 두고 설치되는 복수 개의 후열 H빔; 상기 복수 개의 전, 후열 H빔에 설치되면서 상하 길이를 따라 걸림홈이 형성되는 복수 개의 전, 후열 보강빔; 인접하여 위치되는 한 쌍의 상기 전열 보강빔의 상기 걸림홈에 양단이 각각 끼움 조립되면서 상하로 복수 개가 소정 폭 중첩되도록 조립되어 설치되는 복수 개의 전열 흙막이; 상기 전열 보강빔과 상기 후열 보강빔이 연결되도록 상기 걸림홈에 양단이 각각 끼움 조립되면서 상하로 복수 개가 소정 폭 중첩되도록 설치되는 복수 개의 연결플레이트; 및 인접하여 위치되는 한 쌍의 상기 후열 보강빔의 상기 걸림홈에 양단이 각각 끼움 조립되면서 상하로 복수 개가 소정 폭 중첩되도록 조립되어 설치되는 복수 개의 후열 흙막이를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
