Dry brick wall structure and construction method thereof
The present invention relates to a dry-masonry type outer brick wall and a construction method thereof and, more specifically, to a dry-masonry type outer brick wall capable of improving the structural strength of an outer brick wall by installing at least two reinforcement materials extended in a widthwise direction of a bearing wall between dry-masonry bricks and making construction fast and precise by installing the reinforcement materials on a predetermined position through a reinforcement material position fixing member installed between the bricks, and a construction method thereof. To achieve the purpose, the dry-masonry type outer brick wall, placed at a distance from a bearing wall of a building to finish the outer surface of the building, includes: a plurality of bricks stacked as multiple layers at a distance from a bearing wall and including hollow holes; a pair of structural reinforcement materials extended in a widthwise direction of the bearing wall between the bricks and located at a distance in a direction to the bearing wall, and attached to bricks in the upper and lower parts through an adhesive; a hanging reinforcement material located between the structural reinforcement materials and extended in the widthwise direction of the bearing wall; a plurality of brackets having one side fixed to the bearing wall and having the other end interposed between bricks laterally adjacent to each other to support the structural reinforcement materials; and a plurality of brick connection parts having one end fixed to the bearing wall and having the other end hung on the hanging reinforcement material to be inserted into the hollow holes of the bricks to connect the bricks with the bearing wall.
본 발명은 건식 쌓기형 외부벽돌벽 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 건식으로 조적되는 벽돌들 사이에 내력벽의 폭방향으로 연장되는 적어도 2개 이상의 보강재를 설치하여 외부벽돌벽의 구조적인 강성이 향상되도록 하고, 상기 보강재는 벽돌들 사이에 설치되는 보강재 위치고정부재에 의해 일정한 위치에 위치되도록 설치됨으로써 빠르고 정밀한 시공이 이루어지도록 하는 건식 쌓기형 외부벽돌벽 및 그 시공방법을 제공함에 있다. 상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 건축물의 내력벽에서 이격되어 건축물의 외면을 마감해주는 건식 쌓기형 외부벽돌벽에 있어서, 내력벽에서 이격된 상태에서 다수단으로 조적되고 중공들이 형성되어 있는 다수의 벽돌; 상기 조적되는 벽돌들의 사이에서 내력벽의 폭방향으로 연장되도록 설치되되, 내력벽 방향을 향해 이격되도록 위치하며 접착제를 통해 상, 하에 위치하는 벽돌들에 부착되는 한 쌍의 구조용 보강재; 상기 한 쌍의 구조용 보강재 사이에 위치하고 내력벽의 폭방향으로 연장되도록 설치되는 걸림용 보강재; 상기 내력벽에 일측단이 고정되고 타측단은 상기 조적되는 벽돌들 중 좌,우로 이웃하는 벽돌들 사이에 개재되도록 설치되어 상기 구조용 보강재를 받쳐주게 되는 다수의 브래킷; 상기 내력벽에 일측단이 고정되고 타측단은 상기 걸림용 보강재에 걸려지면서 상기 벽돌에 형성된 중공으로 끼워져 벽돌들을 내력벽에 연결해주는 다수의 벽돌연결부;를 포함하여 구성된 외부벽돌 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로 기술적 요지로 한다.
