Door lock employing punch card key push mechanism
According to the present invention, a punched card key pushing type door lock comprises a key insertion unit, an operating unit, a key recognition unit, and a motion transfer unit. The key insertion unit inserts the punched card key, guided to move in the direction in which the punched card key is inserted and pushed by a housing, and receives an elastic force in the direction opposite to the pushing direction of the punched card key. Moreover, the operating unit is supported to rotate normally or reversely to lock or release lockers. In addition, the key recognition unit recognizes a punched pattern and a non-punched pattern of the punched card key in the process of pushing the punched card key. Furthermore, the motion transfer unit transfers a pushing motion of the punched card key to the normal or reverse rotation motion of the operating unit when the key recognition unit recognizes the punched card key.
본 발명에 따른 통공 카드키 푸시 방식의 도어록은 하우징과, 키 삽입부와, 작동대와, 키 인식부, 및 운동 전달부를 포함한다. 키 삽입부는 통공 카드키를 삽입하며, 통공 카드키가 삽입되어 푸시되는 방향을 따라 이동하도록 하우징에 의해 안내되며, 통공 카드키의 푸시 방향과 반대 방향으로 탄성력을 제공받는다. 작동대는 하우징에 정,역 회전 가능하게 지지되어 잠금쇠 뭉치를 잠금 또는 해정한다. 키 인식부는 통공 카드키의 푸시 과정에서 통공 카드키의 통공 패턴 및 비통공 패턴에 대한 인식 작용을 수행한다. 운동 전달부는 통공 카드키에 대한 키 인식부의 인식 성공시 통공 카드키의 푸시 동작을 작동대의 정,역 회전 동작으로 전달한다.
