Coupler for connection of deformed bars
The present invention provides a coupler to connect deformed rebars, capable of simply, easily, and strongly connecting two rebars. To this end, according to the present invention, the coupler to connect deformed rebars comprises: a first rebar coupling part; a first wing part bent in an arced shape; a second wing part to form a second rebar coupling part with the first wing part; a second fixing part to fix first and second rebars inserted into the first and second rebar coupling parts; a fixing guide member deformed by being pressed between the first and second wing parts when coupling the first and second fixing parts; and a wedge member to press and restrict the first and second rebars while being inserted between the first and second rebars upon deformation of the fixing guide member.
본 발명은 이형철근 이음용 커플러에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 보다 단순하고 쉬우며 견고하게 두 철근의 이음작업을 실시할 수 있도록 한 이형철근 이음용 커플러를 제공함에 있다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 탄성변형이 가능하고 내부로 제1철근의 단부가 삽입되도록 원호형으로 굽어지게 형성된 제1철근결합부; 상기 제1철근결합부의 상측 단부로부터 돌출되고, 상기 제1철근에 겹쳐지게 배치되는 제2철근의 외주면 일부를 감싸도록 원호형으로 굽어지게 형성된 제1날개부; 상기 제1철근결합부의 하측 단부로부터 돌출되고, 상기 제2철근의 외주면 일부를 감싸도록 원호형으로 굽어지며, 제1날개부와 함께 제2철근결합부를 형성하는 제2날개부; 상기 제1날개부로부터 돌출되게 형성된 제1고정부; 상기 제2날개부로부터 돌출되며, 상기 제1고정부와 결합되게 형성되어 제1고정부와 결합되면서 제1철근결합부와 제2철근결합부에 삽입된 제1,2철근을 고정시키는 제2고정부; 상단부가 상기 제1날개부에 고정되고, 하단부가 상기 제2날개부를 향하여 연장되되, 상기 제2철근의 외주면 일부를 감싸도록 원호형으로 굽어지고, 제2날개부를 따라 제1철근과 제2철근의 사이로 연장되게 형성되며 제1날개부 및 제2날개부 보다 얇은 두께를 갖는 판재로 이루어져 제1고정부와 제2고정부의 결합 시 제1,2날개부의 사이에서 가압되면서 변형되는 고정유도부재; 및 상기 고정유도부재의 단부에 형성되며, 상기 제1고정부와 제2고정부의 결합으로 인한 고정유도부재의 변형 시 제1철근과 제2철근의 사이로 삽입되면서 제1,2철근을 가압하여 구속하는 쐐기부재;로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이형철근 이음용 커플러를 제공한다.
