The present invention relates to a mat weaving machine for a palm fiber rope including a weft alignment unit, and a walking mat, a vegetation mat, and a core mat manufactured by the same, and more specifically, to a mat weaving machine for a palm fiber rope including a weft alignment unit configured to prevent a weft yarn from sagging when a mat is woven by using weft and warp yarns made of a palm fiber rope, and the weft yarn is supplied between warp yarns divided into a plurality of groups, and to a walking mat, a vegetation mat, and a core mat manufactured by the same. In addition, the mat weaving machine for a palm fiber rope including a weft alignment unit, which is configured to weave a mat by using weft and warp yarns made of a palm fiber rope including palm fibers, comprises: a location adjusting unit configured to divide supplied warp yarns into a plurality of groups and place the groups so that a position of each group is alternately changed according to the supply of the weft yarns; a weft supply unit configured to supply a weft yarn while enabling the weft yarn to pass left or right through the divided warp yarns whenever positions of the warp yarns divided by the location adjusting unit are alternately changed; a weaving unit configured to weave a mat by attaching the weft yarn supplied between the warp yarns in a supply direction of the warp yarns while keeping the warp yarns at regular intervals; and the weft alignment unit lifted when the weaving unit attaches the weft yarn to lift the weft yarn by a predetermined height, thereby locating the weft yarn at a central portion between divided warp yarns.
본 발명은 씨실 정렬부를 구비한 야자 섬유질 로프 전용 매트 직조기 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 보행매트, 식생매트, 코어네트에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 야자 섬유질 로프로 구성된 씨실과 날실을 이용하여 매트를 직조할 때, 복수 개의 그룹으로 나누어진 날실 사이로 공급된 씨실이 처지는 것을 방지하기 위한 씨실 정렬부를 구비한 야자 섬유질 로프 전용 매트 직조기 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 보행매트, 식생매트, 코어네트에 관한 것이다. 또한, 야자 섬유질로 구성된 야자 섬유질 로프로 구성된 씨실과 날실을 이용하여 매트를 직조하기 위한 씨실 정렬부를 구비한 야자 섬유질 로프 전용 매트 직조기에 있어서, 공급되는 날실을 복수 개의 그룹으로 나누어 위치시키되, 하기 씨실의 공급에 따라, 각 그룹의 위치를 상호 교번하여 바꿔주기 위한 위치 조절부와 상기 위치 조절부에 의해 나누어진 날실의 위치가 교번하여 바뀔 때마다, 나누어진 날실 사이를 좌 또는 우로 통과하면서, 씨실을 공급하기 위한 씨실 공급부와 상기 날실 사이에 공급된 씨실을 날실 사이의 간격은 유지한 상태로 날실의 공급방향을 따라 밀착시켜 매트를 직조하기 위한 직조부와 상기 직조부가 씨실을 밀착시킬 때 상승하여 씨실을 소정의 높이만큼 들어올림으로써 나누어진 날실 사이 중심에 위치시키기 위한 씨실 정렬부를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
