The present invention relates to an insulation material fastener that is capable of stably fastening an insulation material to various thin film type panels, thereby ensuring constructability, and capable of preventing the fastened insulation material from being loosened due to vibrations. According to the present invention, the insulation material fastener includes: a fastening pin passing through an insulation material and a thin film type panel; and a fastening flange fastened to an exposed portion of the fastening pin after passing. In the fastening pin, a cylindrical body passing through the insulation material and the thin film type panel is formed on one surface of a support flange, and a first screw portion is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical body. A fastening hole is formed in the center of the fastening flange, and a second screw portion is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the fastening hole such that the fastening flange is screw-fastened to the first screw portion of the fastening pin so as to fastening and coupling the insulation material with the thin film type panel.
본 발명은 단열재용 체결구에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 단열재와 각종 박판형 패널을 상호 결속하기 위한 체결구에 있어서, 상기 체결구는 단열재와 박판형 패널을 관통하는 체결핀부와 상기 체결핀부가 관통하여 노출되는 부분과 체결되는 조임플랜지로 구성되되, 상기 체결핀부는 지지플랜지의 일면에 단열재와 박판형 패널을 관통하는 원기둥형의 관통몸체가 형성되고, 상기 관통몸체의 외주면에는 제1 나사부가 형성되며, 상기 조임플랜지는 중심에 체결공이 형성되고, 상기 체결공의 내주면에는 제2 나사부가 형성되어 상기 체결핀부의 제1 나사부와 나사 체결되어 상기 단열재와 박판형 패널을 조임 결속한다. 이로써, 단열재와 박판형 패널을 안정적으로 조임 결속할 수 있다.
