The present invention relates to a screw waterproof cap for construction used to block rainwater inflow through a screw connection portion when a sandwich panel is fixed by means of a screw. The present invention includes a fixing plate (30) in close contact with the outside surface of a sandwich panel (20) and having a fastening hole (31) for passing a screw (22); an upward bent portion (32) formed along both side edges of the fixing plate (30); an annular forming portion (33) having a trapezoidal cross section and formed on the upper surface of the fixing plate (30) so as to be concentric with the fastening hole (31); a screw cover (40) covering the screw (22) at the inner center of the annular forming portion (33); an O-ring support portion (41) formed in an annular shape along the circumferential direction at a lower end portion of the screw cover (40) and having a semicircular cross section; an O-ring (42) inserted into the O-ring support portion (41) and in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the annular forming portion (33); a pair of height extension portions (34) formed on the respective upward bent portions (32) on both sides and facing each other; a leaf spring (50) installed on the upper surface of the screw cover (40) and arranged to cross between the height extension portions (34) on both sides; a locking hole (35) formed in the height extension portion (34); an elastic locking piece (51) bent at an angle to the upper side from both ends of the leaf spring (50) and locked by the locking hole (35); an annular V-shaped groove (36) having a trapezoidal cross section and formed on the bottom surface of the annular forming portion (33); and a ring-shaped V packing (60) having a trapezoidal cross section and inserted into the V-shaped groove (36).
본 발명은 샌드위치 패널을 스크류를 이용해서 고정했을 때 스크류 연결부위를 통해 빗물이 유입되는 것을 차단하는데 이용하는 건축용 스크류 방수캡에 관한 것으로, 샌드위치 패널(20)의 외측면에 밀착되고, 스크류(22)를 통과시키는 체결공(31)을 갖는 고정판(30); 고정판(30)의 양측 가장자리를 따라 형성되는 상향절곡부(32); 체결공(31)과 동심을 이루도록 고정판(30)의 상면에 형성되는 사다리꼴 단면의 환형포밍부(33); 환형포밍부(33)의 내측 중심에서 스크류(22)를 덮는 스크류 커버(40); 스크류 커버(40)의 하단부에서 둘레방향을 따라 환형으로 형성되고, 반원형 단면을 갖는 오링지지부(41); 오링지지부(41)에 끼워지고, 환형포밍부(33)의 내주면에 밀착되는 오링(42); 양측의 상향절곡부(32)에 각각 형성되되, 서로 마주보게 형성되는 한 쌍의 높이연장부(34); 스크류 커버(40)의 상면에 설치되고, 양쪽 높이연장부(34)의 사이를 가로지르도록 배치되는 판스프링(50); 높이연장부(34)에 형성되는 걸림구멍(35); 판스프링(50)의 양단에서 상측으로 경사지게 절곡되어 걸림구멍(35)에 걸리는 탄성걸림편(51); 환형포밍부(33)의 저면에 형성되는 사다리꼴 단면의 환형브이홈(36); 환형브이홈(36)으로 삽입되는 사다리꼴 단면을 갖는 링 형태의 브이패킹(60)을 포함한다.
The present invention relates to a screw waterproof cap for construction used to block rainwater inflow through a screw connection portion when a sandwich panel is fixed by means of a screw.
