MANUFACTURING DEVICE OF CONTROLLED LOW STRENGTH FLOWABLE MATERIAL AND PLACING METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing a filler with fluidity and a placing method using the same. More specifically, the device for manufacturing a filler with fluidity includes: a water tank storing water and installed on the rear of a vehicle; a soil storing unit storing soil and installed on the rear of the water tank; a cement storing unit storing cement powder and installed on the rear of the soil storing unit; and a mixer installed on the rear of the cement storing unit, wherein the water, soil, and cement powder are mixed by the mixer. The water, soil, and cement powder are mixed by the mixer and are discharged through an outlet at the same time. The device for manufacturing a filler with fluidity prevents the fluidity from being degraded and can control the fluidity and rigidity to correspond to a work field.
본 발명은 유동성 채움재 제조장치 및 이를 이용한 타설 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 차량의 후방에 탑재되며 물이 저장되는 물탱크, 상기 물탱크의 후방에 탑재되며 토사가 저장되는 토사저장부, 상기 토사저장부의 후방에 탑재되며 고화재 분말이 저장되는 고화재저장부 및 상기 고화재저장부의 후방에 설치되며 물, 토사 및 고화재 분말이 혼합되는 믹서를 포함하며, 상기 물, 토사 및 고화재 분말은 믹서에서 혼합됨과 동시에 유출구를 통해 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하여, 유동성 저하가 발생하지 않으며, 작업 현장에 맞춘 강도 조절 및 유동성 조절이 가능한 유동성 채움재 제조장치 및 이를 이용한 타설 방법에 관한 것이다.
