ULTRA HIGH DAMPING LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE COMPOSITION
An ultra-high damping lightweight concrete composition according to one embodiment of the present invention includes cement; a mixture of hydraulic binder and lightweight aggregate; and a polymer. The lightweight aggregate is mixed at a ratio of 5 to 50 wt% with respect to the mixture of the hydraulic binder and the lightweight aggregate, and the polymer is mixed with the hydraulic binder at a ratio of 3 to 20 wt% as a solid content. The present invention provides the high-damping lightweight concrete composition which is lightweight and excellent in a vibration damping ratio while maintaining existing strength and an elastic modulus.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 초고감쇠 경량 콘크리트 조성물은 시멘트; 수경성 결합재(Hydraulic Binder)와 경량골재의 혼합물; 및 폴리머를 포함하고, 상기 경량골재는 상기 수경성 결합재와 경량골재의 혼합물에 대해 5~50 중량%의 비율로 혼합되고, 상기 폴리머는 상기 수경성 결합재에 대해 고형분으로 3~20 중량%의 비율로 혼합된다.

An ultra-high damping lightweight concrete composition according to one embodiment of the present invention includes cement; a mixture of hydraulic binder and lightweight aggregate; and a polymer.
