The present invention relates to a device for preventing a handle outside a door from being opened due to side impact of a vehicle. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the device for preventing a handle outside a door from being opened due to side impact of a vehicle, capable of effectively preventing a door from being opened by itself by rapidly preventing an outside handle housing of the door from being operated in an opening direction when the side impact occurs. The device for preventing a handle outside a door from being opened due to side impact of a vehicle includes: a door outside handle assembly (200) comprising the handle housing (210) and a handle base (220); a hanging flange (250) formed to be bent at an end of the handle housing to be engaged with the handle housing; a blocking lever (300) rotating by being inserted into a first hinge pin (310) of the handle base to be returned to an original position by the first hinge pin (310); and an operating lever (400) operating the blocking lever (300) when the side impact occurs as a lower end (440) of the operating lever (440) is close to the inner side of a door outside panel (100) and an upper end (430) is close to a lever contact unit (330) of the blocking lever.
본 발명은 차량의 측면 충돌에 의한 도어 아웃사이드 핸들 열림 방지 장치에 관한 것으로서, 도어 아웃사이드 판넬(100) 표면 및 이면에 설치되는 핸들하우징(210) 및 핸들베이스(220)로 구성되는 도어 아웃사이드 핸들 어셈블리(200); 핸들하우징과 연동되도록 핸들하우징 일단에 절곡 형성되며, 핸들베이스 이면으로 관통되는 걸림플랜지(250); 제1힌지핀(310)에 의해 원위치로 복귀되도록 핸들베이스의 제1힌지핀(310)에 끼워져 회동되며, 상부에는 걸림플랜지(250)의 블록킹부(350)가 구비되고, 하부에는 레버접촉부(330)가 구비되는 블록킹레버(300);로 구성되고, 블록킹레버 하부에 위치되도록 핸들베이스의 지지부(230)에 제2힌지핀(410)으로 중앙의 힌지부(420)가 끼워져 회동되며, 하단부(440)는 도어 아웃사이드 판넬(100) 내면에 근접되고 상단부(430)는 블록킹레버의 레버접촉부(330)에 근접 설치되어 측면 충돌 발생 시 블록킹레버(300)를 동작시키는 작동레버(400);를 포함하며, 제2힌지핀(410)이 끼워지는 지지부(230)의 힌지공 일측에는 고정보스(240)를 구비하고, 작동레버(400)는 힌지부(420) 일측에 상기 고정보스(240)의 보스홀(450)을 구비하여 주행 중 측면 충돌 발생 시 상기 고정보스(240)가 절단되면서 작동레버(400)가 블록킹레버의 블록킹부(350)를 동작시킴으로서 도어가 관성력 및 충격력에 의해 저절로 열리는 현상이 방지되게 한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a device for preventing a handle outside a door from being opened due to side impact of a vehicle. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the device for preventing a handle outside a door from being opened due to side impact of a vehicle, capable of effectively preventing a door from being opened by itself by rapidly preventing an outside handle housing of the door from being operated in an opening direction when the side impact occurs. The device for preventing a handle outside a door from being opened due to side impact of a vehicle includes: a door outside handle assembly (200) comprising the handle housing (210) and a handle base (220); a hanging flange (250) formed to be bent at an end of the handle housing to be engaged with the handle housing; a blocking lever (300) rotating by being inserted into a first hinge pin (310) of the handle base to be returned to an original position by the first hinge pin (310); and an operating lever (400) operating the blocking lever (300) when the side impact occurs as a lower end (440) of the operating lever (440) is close to the inner side of a door outside panel (100) and an upper end (430) is close to a lever contact unit (330) of the blocking lever.
본 발명은 차량의 측면 충돌에 의한 도어 아웃사이드 핸들 열림 방지 장치에 관한 것으로서, 도어 아웃사이드 판넬(100) 표면 및 이면에 설치되는 핸들하우징(210) 및 핸들베이스(220)로 구성되는 도어 아웃사이드 핸들 어셈블리(200); 핸들하우징과 연동되도록 핸들하우징 일단에 절곡 형성되며, 핸들베이스 이면으로 관통되는 걸림플랜지(250); 제1힌지핀(310)에 의해 원위치로 복귀되도록 핸들베이스의 제1힌지핀(310)에 끼워져 회동되며, 상부에는 걸림플랜지(250)의 블록킹부(350)가 구비되고, 하부에는 레버접촉부(330)가 구비되는 블록킹레버(300);로 구성되고, 블록킹레버 하부에 위치되도록 핸들베이스의 지지부(230)에 제2힌지핀(410)으로 중앙의 힌지부(420)가 끼워져 회동되며, 하단부(440)는 도어 아웃사이드 판넬(100) 내면에 근접되고 상단부(430)는 블록킹레버의 레버접촉부(330)에 근접 설치되어 측면 충돌 발생 시 블록킹레버(300)를 동작시키는 작동레버(400);를 포함하며, 제2힌지핀(410)이 끼워지는 지지부(230)의 힌지공 일측에는 고정보스(240)를 구비하고, 작동레버(400)는 힌지부(420) 일측에 상기 고정보스(240)의 보스홀(450)을 구비하여 주행 중 측면 충돌 발생 시 상기 고정보스(240)가 절단되면서 작동레버(400)가 블록킹레버의 블록킹부(350)를 동작시킴으로서 도어가 관성력 및 충격력에 의해 저절로 열리는 현상이 방지되게 한 것이다.
