ROTARY TYPE SCRAPER
The present invention relates to a rotary filtering machine comprising: a main screen arranged on a body to filter out flowing impurities, and provided with longitudinal bars arranged side by side; a rake moving in an axial direction of the body, and scraping impurities caught in the main screen upwards; an auxiliary screen arranged on a front side of the body or the main screen and arranged on the bed of a river to filter out impurities leaked to a lower side of the main screen; and a reverse rotation operation unit turning the auxiliary screen when the rake moves in a reverse direction to prevent interference with the rake. The present invention allows a worker to easily turn the auxiliary screen as needed in comparison to a conventional technique to maximally facilitate work. A block of a resin material is separably installed on the rake to filter out narrow and thin impurities caught in the main screen to increase a removal rate of impurities.
본 발명은 로터리 제진기에 관한 것으로, 바디에 구비되어 흐르는 협잡물을 걸러내고 나란하게 배치되는 종바를 갖는 메인스크린, 바디의 축 방향을 따라 이동되며 메인스크린에 걸린 협잡물을 긁어 올리는 레이크, 바디 또는 메인스크린의 전측에 배치되고 하천의 바닥에 구비되어 메인스크린의 하측으로 유출되는 협잡물을 걸러내는 보조스크린, 및 레이크가 역방향 이동시 보조스크린을 젖혀 레이크와의 간섭을 방지하는 역방향회동작동부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 종래 기술과 달리 보조스크린을 필요에 따라 작업자가 용이하게 젖힐 수 있도록 함으로써 작업상 용이성을 극대화하고, 레이크에 수지 재질의 블록을 분리 가능하게 설치하여 메인스크린에 걸린 가늘고 긴 협잡물을 걸러냄으로써 협잡물의 제거율을 더욱 증대시킬 수 있다.
