According to an embodiment of the present invention, in a floor plan generating method for a building, a recommendation unit floor plan can be extracted from a database storing a unit floor plan in accordance with input information having composition and an area of a living space. A building floor plan type can be determined for the recommendation unit floor plan to be arranged. Based on the recommendation unit floor plan and the building floor plan type, a core floor plan corresponding to a common use space connected between units can be determined. According to the present invention, in the floor plan generating method for a building, based on the recommendation unit floor plan and the building floor plan type, the core floor plan corresponding to the common use space connected between units can be determined to improve business value in building construction while reflecting a demand of a consumer.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 건축물의 동 평면 생성 방법에서는 주거공간의 구성 및 면적에 대한 정보를 포함하는 입력 정보에 따라 단위 세대 평면도를 저장하는 데이터 베이스로부터 추천 단위 세대 평면도를 추출할 수 있다. 추천 단위 세대 평면도가 배치되는 동 평면 타입을 결정할 수 있다. 추천 단위 세대 평면도 및 동 평면 타입에 기초하여 단위 세대들 사이에 연결되는 공용공간에 해당하는 코어 평면도를 결정할 수 있다. 본 발명에 따른 건축물의 동 평면 생성 방법에서는 추천 단위 세대 평면도 및 동 평면 타입에 기초하여 단위 세대들 사이에 연결되는 공용공간에 해당하는 코어 평면도를 결정함으로써 수요자의 요구를 반영하면서도 건물 건축에 있어서 사업성을 높일 수 있다.
