The present invention relates to an apartment house veranda floor structure comprising: a lower support plate having a plate shape, and including pillar insertion grooves formed on a lower portion thereof at regular intervals to be separated by a prescribed distance, and a guide groove formed between the pillar insertion grooves to be inclined towards the outside from the inside in a width direction; a lower pillar inserted and coupled to each pillar insertion groove of the lower support plate, wherein an outer surface thereof is coated, and a rubber buffering member is inserted and coupled to an upper and a lower portion thereof; a plurality of lower buffering mats made of rubber or silicon, and mounted on an upper portion of the lower support plate; a height buffering means including a buffering means support plate mounted on an upper portion of the lower buffering mats, spacing parts being mounted on an upper portion of the buffering means support plate at intervals in a longitudinal direction, having a T-shaped lateral section, and including spring mounting grooves formed on both sides thereof, a fixing maintaining part mounted on both ends of the lower support plate in the longitudinal direction, a pressing fixing part formed in a right angle shape and arranged on both sides of the spacing parts, and springs wherein on side thereof is fixed and mounted on the spring mounting grooves of the spacing parts at intervals, and the other side thereof presses the pressing fixing part; a plurality of upper buffering mats made of rubber or silicon, and mounted on an upper portion of the height buffering means; and a finishing plate which is mounted on an upper portion of the upper buffering member, and has slip prevention grooves formed on an upper surface thereof at intervals.
