The present invention relates to a composite sound-absorbing soundproof wall. According to the present invention, the composite sound-absorbing soundproof wall rotationally installs a lower rotary transparent plate, a central rotary transparent plate and an upper rotary transparent plate so as to simply open and close the same between vertical frames installed on a floor structure, thereby being possible to effectively prevent cleaning, maintenance and noisy. In addition, the present invention is easy to secure sight because of being made of a transparent plate, installs a photovoltaic module on front and back surfaces of the lower rotary transparent plate and the central rotary transparent plate so as to be adjustable in angle, and installs a photovoltaic device on an upper portion of the vertical frame so as to be manually adjustable in angle and maintain adjusted angle, thereby being possible to obtain electricity for supporting the economy.
본 발명은 복합형 흡음 방음벽에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 바닥 구조물에 설치되는 수직프레임 사이에 하부회전투명판, 중앙회전투명판 및 상부회전투명판을 간편하게 여닫을 수 있도록 회전 가능하게 설치하여, 청소 또는 유지보수와 소음을 효과적으로 차단할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 투명판으로 이루어져 시야 확보가 용이하고, 하부회전투명판 및 중앙회전투명판의 전후면에 태양광모듈을 각도조절 가능하도록 연동되게 설치하고, 수직프레임 상부에 수동으로 각도조절이 가능하고 조절된 각도를 유지할 수 있도록 태양광장치를 설치하여 경제에 도움을 주는 전력을 얻을수 있는 효과가 제공된다.
