BACKPACK TYPE AIR BAG SYSTEM FOR SAFETY HARNESS
The present invention provides a backpack type airbag system for a harness type safety unit, capable of maximizing substantive safety as an airbag is expanded in the form of a mat and is applied to the rear of a body of a worker when the worker falls. The backpack type airbag system for a harness type safety unit, which is to effectively protect the body of the worker in a falling accident, includes: a harness type safety unit comprising a swing type safety belt comprising an upper body belt and a lower body belt, and a belt type safety belt connected onto the upper body belt of the swing type safety belt and enclosing a waist on the human body; an airbag module including a mat-shaped airbag fabric by vertically dividing the rear side of the body of the worker to protect the rear side of the human body from a head to hips; and a connection pad unit fixed enclosing the upper body belt of the swing type safety belt and attached to correspond to one side of the airbag module. The airbag module includes a package bag, an inflator, a fall sensor, and a control module.
본 발명은 산업안전보건법 및 추락재해방지표준안전작업지침에서 규정하고 있는 안전대(하네스형 안전대)에 배낭형태의 에어백을 적용하여 추락사고에 따른 작업자의 신체를 효율적으로 보호함을 제공하도록, 신체 등 부위에서 연결고리 및 벨트브라켓을 매개로 벨트가 교차 연결되어 양쪽 어깨에 걸쳐지되 신체 전방에서 평행을 이루며 하방으로 연장 형성되는 상체벨트 및 상기 상체벨트의 전후 하단에 연결되어 신체의 양쪽 다리 대퇴부를 각각 감싸 고정가능한 하체벨트로 구성하는 그네식 안전벨트와, 상기 그네식 안전벨트의 상체벨트 상에 연결되고 신체 중 허리를 감싸도록 형성되는 벨트식 안전벨트를 포함하여 구성되는 하네스형 안전대와; 상기 하네스형 안전대 중 상기 그네식 안전벨트의 상체벨트 상에 배낭형태로 설치하고, 작업자 신체의 후면 중 머리부위에서 둔부까지 보호할 수 있게 상하로 구분하여 매트형상의 에어백원단을 구비하는 에어백모듈과; 상기 그네식 안전벨트의 상체벨트에 감싸 고정되며, 상기 에어백모듈의 일면에 대응하여 부착가능하게 구성하는 결합패드부;를 포함하고, 상기 에어백모듈은 내부에 상기 에어백원단을 수용한 채 외부로부터 밀폐된 상태를 유지하는 패키지백과, 상기 패키지백에 내장되고 상기 에어백원단을 향해 가스를 분출하여 상기 패키지백의 파열과 동시에 상기 에어백원단을 매트형상으로 팽창시키는 인플레이터와, 상기 에어백모듈에 설치하고 신체의 추락 여부를 감지하는 추락감지센서와, 상기 추락감지센서로부터 감지신호를 전달받아 상기 인플레이터에 가스분출을 위한 제어신호를 인가하는 제어모듈을 포함하는 하네스형 안전대의 배낭형 에어백 시스템을 제공한다.
